Bathroom needs some upgrading but everything worked fine. On main road but noise tolerable because of double glazed windows.

Excellent location, 20-30 mins walk to Termini, Coliseum and other attractions, shops, supermarket and good public transport nearby. Air condition very welcome in the heat, very comfortable bed and regular room service. Very helpful manager, could WhatsApp him for any queries.

Not sure the shower was cleaned because there was still hair inside. Very noisy aera (tramway just in front of the window). Earplugs are useful.

The door into the room is just a normal door. So it felt more like you are renting a room in an apartment.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities.

The room was a good size and we had a small garden/patio area full of plants,which is very handy for smokers and outdoor eating. The bed was very comfy. Great to have TV & WiFi. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The building is like something out of a film - authentic Rome, beautiful. We loved the building in which the property is situated. The property is within walking distance (2 streets away) from Termini train/bus station. Local restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities are all within walking distance. Overall very satisfied with our stay at Babyface.

The stay is very close to Roma termini and therefore has a comfortable and easy access to train, bus and all other means of transport, as well as close to most of the Tourist destinations at Rome. The stay is literally at the heart of Rome.

Was difficult to find- no signage and showing up alone, at night, was a frustrating experience. It’s basically an apartment that was converted to a few guest rooms. The “lobby” is a check-in desk and the guest room doors are off of it. Room is very small, and I booked a shared bathroom, which was multipurpose and a bit strange- pretty sure it was the owners personal space I was sharing. But, for the limited time I was there and for the price, it worked.

Great location, comfy bed, Wi-Fi and AC worked. Good for a quick stay between travels- super convenient to train station.

Loud, tiny bathroom. Didn't bother trying to shower. Not accessible with a stroller.

Super close to the main station and metro. Staff was super nice. Even walked me to the next shop, that was still open. Bed comfy.

The outlets weren’t all working and the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit because of the water probably. And the room we were staying in is directly above the main Street so it’s impossible to have the windows open at night (very noisy)

The owner is really great. He helped us with everything and was communicating even late in the day if we needed his help. We were provided with clean towels for everyday and he offered to store our luggage since our flight was in the evening. The location is great since it’s nearby the Termini station which is where the buses to the airport leave from. I can highly recommend this place to stay in if you visit Rome.

Bathroom.

Location is great, few minutes walk from the Termini station, which was very convenient for us. The owner was very nice and helpful. We deposited our luggage for 2 was while travelling outside Rome. It was a great help.

Good, if you stay for one night. Close to the Termini is one of the few pluses.

The bathroom was funny (toilet was lovated inside the bathing area), but it was clean and not so difficult to use ;) It was strange but definitely not a problem. The street located behind the window was a bit loud at night, but it is a city center of Rome, so it is also understandable.

The area is perfect to start a walking trip around the most famous sights of Rome. It is also very close to the Termini Station to which there is an easy transfer from both airports. The staff member that greeted us was very kind and let us accommodate an hour earlier than we were supposed to. It was a lovely stay.

The property was a little hard to find and the entire bed moved if you moved whilst sleeping on it.

The staff were brilliant, incredibly friendly and really helpful. The room was a good size and had everything I could need for my night’s stay.

Maintenance badly needed in the bathroom. Two pipes leaking liquid into the shower and the hairdryer died after only being on for a few minutes. Apart from that it was decent
