We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Very rude people and could tell that the room hardly ever got cleaned. Will never stay here again and will tell all of the people I work with to never stay here.

United States of AmericaThe room was not very clean. We couldn't get the temperature below 74. The curtains and blinds did not cover the windows and people looked in. The furnishings and bed appeared to be leftover from a college dorm and the mattress had springs pushing through.

United States of AmericaI missed having a real coffee cup to heat water in the microwave for morning coffee (I brought instant coffee and tea). They offered styrofoam, but I didn't think that would be too healthy. In thinking about it, I guess there was always a breakfast room in previous venues where I could borrow dishes/silverware. So, bring whatever you need for "cookware" for the microwave. They used to have a Keurig coffeemaker available, but it is not allowed during the pandemic.
The managers are careful to emphasize that the facility is basic (meaning, especially no fancy furniture/carpet). That being said, there was a working microwave and refrigerator - as well as wall TV in the room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The manager also only books guest for at least 2 nights. However, if there is no vacancy, there is another motel nearby where he will organize a stay at a discounted price - also a possibility for one night.
