Nothing, we loved everything. However, just to show transparency, there is no elevator in this apartment and we were on top floor, so had to navigate 3 flights of stairs. Not an issue for us, and Nicola will assist anyone who needs it. Stairs are well lit and plenty wide to bring luggage up.

Nicola was a fantastic and caring host. he made our arrival and departure very smooth and easy, ensuring we had all we required, in our case, including parking arrangement for our rental car. He was flexible and the apartment was perfectly clean and tidy. A big priority for my wife and I. We would without hesitation come back. The walk to the centre of Verona is approximately 15 min (less or more pending how one walks - we are 60, but in good health and walk a 'normal', not slow pace and its a beautiful walk across the Adige River to the city centre and all around. As a bonus, there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants along the way within 5 min of the apartment. Just fantastic.

A nice addition to the apartment would be a couple of coat hooks by the front door otherwise everything was perfect.

Large apartment with a classy mix of modern and antique decor. The kitchen was nice with lots of cookware and dishes. Quiet residential street close to many shops, restaurants and town center. A very comfortable and relaxing stay in Verona!

Easily one of the best properties I've stayed in. It is large, it is comfortable, clean and well decorated. The owner is nice and welcoming, the parking garage is just 2 mins away, and the internet is high speed.

unique! a beautiful property which has been renovated well, so clean and comfortable. frescos galore. We loved our stay and balcony and the location is perfect in a quieter part but just over the bridge from central Verona. attention to detail is really apparent.

Charming and stylish, the apartment, ideally located in Verona, has all you need for a cosy stay. Just few minutes walk from all the amenities, in a quite area, crossing the bridge you are right in the centre. Close to public parking, restaurants and bars, it is a beautiful place to enjoy a city break. The place is clean and spacious. The space is beautifully furnished. Bed is comfortable, bathroom functional and spotless, and the modern kitchen provides all you need. Warm welcome, I could not ask for more and surely I will go back for my next stay in Verona. It feels like home away from home!

Yeah i love this residence because is in a good location connected to all part of the city and easy on foot. And the owner was very helpful in all ways, he's friendly, hospitality and responsible as well as respectful. Thank a lot and I will definitely return again.

The bed matress is a bit too firm for my back, but that's my preference but good quality at the same time. Great pillows were making up for the firm matress :-)

Great Apartment in a fantastic location, just across the river from the main old city. Nice view from the third floor apartment. The apartment had all you need to have a great stay. Kitchen had all you could need to cook your own meals. Bathroom had all the cosmetics provided including ear buds!!! :-) Great quality for good price!! If we come back to Verona we would definitely stay there again!!!

Exceptional renaissance era building, it is spacious beautifully decorated and equipped with everything visitors might need. All other facilities are modern. Coffe and a bottle of water was complimentary. The kitchen has olive oil, balsamic vinegar salt and pepper for cooking. The location is great also next to the river, close to downtown but far enough from the crowds. The host amazing also. Will return here the next time we are in Verona.
