Hotel was clean, air condition worked perfectly. Bathroom was big enough and quick ventilation.

Before covid street was full of good restauration, good food and lot of live bands playng around! Prices in the restaurants now are really expensive and the food doesnt worth the price :/.. Streets full of casinos for small kids.. nothing special we were a little but upset.. since covid lot of things change.. But hotel is peeeeeeeerfeeeeeeecto!!

We was there a 2 years ago, the servis was brilliant, two nice italian man, absolutely polite, helpfull.. comunicativ, 11/10 !! Breakfast Clean hotel rooms and also space around hotel Staff absolutely lovely ! In Mirabilandia 20 minutes by car ! Perfect

This hotel is absolutely awesome, but mostly thanks to Luca and Paolo. Those two guys were every time at the reception (or at least one of them), allways in good mood, smiling and with positive energy.

If I were to change anything, just a little bit more comfortable beds and pillows and it would be perfect.

Most welcoming hosts - Luca and his family were helpful in everything. They even prepared the room couple of hours before the check-in time and let us have some coffee while doing it! The hotel is fully renovated. Rooms are comfortable and sooooo clean that it’s a big pleasure to stay in there. Seriously a place to be!

It was a great hotel to have a one day rest between Ravenna and Tuscany.

Very good hotel, great value for money. Just do not have words for the guys who run the hotel. Whatever problem you have, just ask them.

A fantastic family run hotel close to the beach and a short distance from the centre. The rooms were functional, clean and a good size, with a balcony overlooking the city. The staff opened the breakfast restaurant from 4am on the day of the Nove Colli bike ride

Great stay, family that runs it really takes care and want to comfort customers, personal approach, which was really appreciated. Fantastic breakfast and close to the beach and city. Recommended!

Rooms in this hotel are quite small. But it is quite usual in this location. Also, the parking around the hotel is small and not really for large cars like ours. But we have managed it and the hotel staff always helped us with parking. What would really help if the hotel would be able to make agreement with the hotel next door to have access to the pool.

This hotel has fulfilled our expectations. Especially the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Location of the hotel was OK. Quite close to the beach, but still in a quite street. Breakfast was OK, even if with very little change over our stay. We have spent 5 nights here before our trip further, which was the maximum we would like to stay in this type of crowded touristic location.

Everything was excellent! The location is great, its less than 5 min to get to the beach, the room was cleaned every day, breakfast was delicious! And the owners were super friendly and very helpfull! We really enjoyed our stay there, we can’t say anything bad about this hotel :)

Great hotel, clean, rooms cleaned everyday, free parking at the hotel, breakfast is amazing, close to beach, but the biggest thanks goes to the owners - brothers at the reception. They are always welcoming, super nice and helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Good job 🙏

Everything was good.

Unfortunately we only stayed at hotel Geminus for a night but we had a lovely time. Very central. Very clean and the owner Luca was super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.
