Beds are uncomfortable

Although the hotel is very old and needs renovation the staff made their best to accomodate us. The receptionist made her best effort when we asked if it is possible to change room so we get one with the sea view. And actually we got one. They were also very kind when we needed new towels and sheets. Really, very friendly. The good things is also bike rent which is included in the price.

The bathroom was horribly small: it was the first time that I experienced the WC in the shower. Unfortunately it is not a joke. Wi-Fi connection was lazy. On TV it was almost impossible to watch Italian channels, whereas the connection with German, Austrian, Slovenian and Croatian ones was perfect. Even after several retunings, the connection with Italian RAI was bad and unstable. I would say that three stars for this hotel are by far too much. The price was too high compared to the perfomance.

Perfect position on the seafront. The staff very kind. Breakfast was fine. Clean.

No refrigerator, Aircondition did not function well, Walls are not sound proof, noise from the other room were very loud. No signal for TV, wifi is weak at the room.

The hotel is not a new building so it is understandable that the bathroom utilities won't be modern but like sagging door that was hard to close or a toilet lid falling on your back could have been fixed.

Location is excellent, breakfast is good and for this price of the room it is more than adequate. Personal is friendly. Rooms were clean.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but to us it was not a big deal.

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful (they speak German and English). The room was very clean. And the fact that it is beachfront is perfect as we could leave everything but the beach towels in our room.

"The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, the rooms are old and not renovated. During our stay at the beginning of the season, it was very cold, and the air conditioning wasn't functioning for heating. When I raised this issue with the receptionist, she suggested setting up the AC for heating, even though we had already done so. She didn't seem interested in helping. On my second attempt with another staff member, I encountered the same lack of interest. Overall, it was a disappointing experience with poor customer service."

We couldn't get in touch with the receptionist when we arrived late at night from a trip and our key was not at the reception. It was a great complication for us.

Super breakfast, super location. The sea is nearby. Our car did not start in which we arrived. At the reception, a woman arranged for a mechanic to arrive in 15 minutes, they fixed the car for us. Thanks a lot.

Old hotel needs a total remodeling, not just an update. The staff did their best to make our stay confortable and pleasant, which was appreciated. We had a penthouse appartement, not meeting our expectations but we made the best out of it. We had to move some furniture not to injured our head on the sloped ceiling, the AC was not sufficient . But this was clean, well taking care by the nice cleaning ladies.

Right in front of the beautiful beach of Lignano Sabiadorro. The breakfast was absolutely delicious under the supervision of a smiley and polite staff. The outdoor terrasse was cool and right in front of the beach.

Extremely poor breakfast, room floor was pretty dirty, dinner included in half board was extremely poor, with very small overcooked and dry portions, drinks should be payed extra.

Close to the beach and pedestrian street, very helpful staff, big interconnected room, perfect for vacation with children, free sunbeds and parking because we stayed more than 3 nights
