The pool was not in service and we didn't know til we were checked in. The sink in our room was clogged and the outlets were so worn out, they wouldn't hold our charger plugs at all.

The first room we were given had a broken window on the ground floor that couldn't be secured. The desk worker asked if we wanted a different room... Yeah, we would. The pool is out of commission. And it smells odd. And make sure you return your key--its a $5 each if you don't.

This is a hotel for cost and location only. If the location and price work for you it might be better than sleeping in your car. There's a Cracker Barrel next door if you like the restaurant.

At check-in, i had to ring the bell at the desk 3 times before someone came to the front. The employee was kinda rude talking under their breath to the other, probably about me cause i walked in completely covered in grease after working on my car. 🚿 head didn't have a hook so you had to try to place it where it wouldn't spay out of the shower, yet the whole floor of the bathroom flooded and no way to clean it up.

The bed was comfortable, room looked nice but things didn't fully work.

I was charged a $100 deposit but the ceiling was peeling from the bathroom, there wasn’t a remote back on the remote control. They had a waffle maker out for breakfast but no waffle mix.

Overall, the stay was fine - nothing special. The pool was closed which was disappointing and it took 15 minutes to find a staff member to check us in. Breakfast was minimal. There were some things under our bed left from the last guests and the toilet was a little dirty.

My room was DIRTY, like it hasn’t been cleaned on the last 7 days. The only thing that looked freshly cleaned were the sheets (thank goodness).

Housekeeping could have removed the bowl of something nasty that was in the microwave. The toilet ran all night. Coffee pot but no cups or coffee. You get what you pay for.

The room was not clean. Dusty, sink still had toothpaste in it. Coffee area in room was dirty. The fitted sheet had stains. Bed was not sturdy. A group of men were parked outside drinking and urinated on the shed.

Lights and outlets in room didn’t work. One lamp no switch had to screw in bulb to turn on. Bathroom lights were dim. Temperature in lobby was warm a/c set high to save money. Pool was closed.

There was an unexpected, hundred dollar fine for damages. I’ve stayed at super eight multiple times and never had $100 charge for that. I was also hoping for the pool and hot tub to be open but it’s never open apparently.  they also did have creamer for coffee’s, which was disappointing for me, although the location is a little bit more luxury than regular super eights, I really wish they would properly advertise their property and not deceive certain things.

Advertised pool and was no pool. Reserved room on ground floor. Was not reserved for ground floor upon check in,did change to ground floor. Had to get a fridge and a microwave from 2 different rooms to put in ours. No ice machine working. A little high priced for no pool.

Quite a few things. Half of the lights in the room didn't work---Anything you plugged into the outlets was loose and didn't want to stay in---No alarm clock, so had to go buy one special because the phone also didn't work and couldn't request a wake-up call---Room had a listing of TV channels but the actual channels on the TV didn't match the listing at all, no big deal but still---No extra toilet paper or kleenex in the room and what was in the room was almost empty, so had to go ask for both of those items, they gave me an extra roll of toilet paper but supposedly out of kleenex--otherwise the stay was okay.

There was only one towel (for a suite), and the blankets were severely insufficient - threadbare even. None of the light switches actually worked. The door was difficult to open (it was off kilter in the frame and scraped). Two lamps didn't work at all (light bulbs perhaps).
