The most unexpected things are very delicious dishes! I enjoyed the dinner! Atmosphere was so Italic.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and they did everything to make our time there great. They took in consideration our dietary requirements and cooked very great food for us. They were also very helpful to help us plan our visits around Valbrona. We also appreciated the SPA and the massages.

First of all I want to highlight the attitude of staff - it was over than perfect. Owner of hotel was so friendly and helpful: all time he supported us and gave consultations how to rich the hotel and another touristic places ! Hotel was not so big but so nice and clean ! Room was very big and clean! In the room we get: comfortable beds, big wardrobe with a mirror, TV, nice balcony and so big bath: toilet, shower and also bath ! Hotel provided clean towels for hair, body and face ! All shower kit was available! Breakfasts was very tasty and big (you can choose what do you want) sweets, yogurt, tea, coffee, jam, nutella, flakes and tasty pasty ! Colorful terrace with a perfect view ! At front of the hotel you can find the shop ! To the nearest Train station 5 km it’s like 30 min of walking or 5 minutes by car or bus! 1 hour from the train stairs to the City center of Milano ! 40 min to Como Lake !

Perfect location on Como, especially if traveling by car. Parking space! Mountain view and chimes of the local church. The best side of the lake qua sun. It is very local, rural and charming.

They could have included more food for breakfast , different types of food i would have loved a full english also no english tea bags only fruit flavoured which wasnt a major problem but would have been nice , maybe the rooms need to be inspected before people arrive and cleaned thoroughly .

The staff are exceptionaly freindly , the breakfast wasnt to my liking being continental , the room was suffecient with shower and toilet as we only wanted a base but their were some big dirty marks on the walls that could have been wiped off and the tv was around 12” lol , the town is very quiet and around 15min drive to the lake edge but we knew this , when making the booking we did ask for a balcony with a veiw and they confirmed this would be ok via email , but when we arrived we had a room with only a small double window , their are only 2 rooms with small balconys and they were taken when we arrived .

Had a really great stay. Not much to see or do for us although there are at least 5 good hikes in the area. We enjoyed just relaxing outside in the bar area people watching and had a fabulous meal on the terrace in the evening

Best hotel and staff ever!! We were late but they happily provided us with amazing breakfast with stunning view. The owner Lorenzo and the lady and all the staff were extremely nice and kind. Our room was perfect 😍 great location too. They deserve a medal!

The public transport was terrible, so one really needs a car. The room was too small, the shower cabin was too small and the shower head was loose and so kept falling down.

The location was good for me, because I like peace and quiet. The mountainous region was beautiful and Lake Como was beautiful.

Nothing.

We only stayed one night but this property has everything you will ever need. Comfortable beds, parking, nice breakfast and a host which is always smiling and which would do anything for you. You need to only ask. The location is great, closed to Lago di Como(or Bellagio) by car, you can also enjoy nice views coming down to the lake by car.
