At age of 81 am not good with all aspects of cell phone use. The owner is not on the property so this requires more knowledge than I have to be let in. When he came, he was not welcoming, rather rude, which is not what one expects at a B n' B.

I think it should be communicated much more clearly in the booking description that you need to call the administrator to get in. I only accidentally got this information from the reviews of other guests. I would prefer there were better communication through booking and not a link sent to some additional booking confirmation website with a chat where no one answers. The breakfast was not offered to us but it was not a big deal because you can find a lot of nice breakfast options close by.

The location is great, hotel is easy to reach with metro, there are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, Vatican museums in walkable distance. The room looked like in the pictures, it was clean and neat. We did not have issues getting in but only because we read in the reviews that we should call in advance. Overall it was the best option price wise in the city center we could get for our dates so I can't complain

I was on a business trip. I asked before an invoice from owner at the reservation. He said on spot at paying he will send us by email. He didnt do it. He didnt answered to our message and no answered to the customes service too.

The floors could have been swept a bit better.

As long as you inform your arrival time and make sure you arrive within the given hours you will not have any problems. This is an apartment that has been rebuilt to have separate rooms. The room is not very large but well equipped. Plus for the included breakfast at a nearby bakery. Sheets are changed every day and towels as well. Calm neighbourhood. About 7 minutes walk to the metro station. 20 minutes to Saint Peter's Square. The owner speaks good English. The staff does not but tries their best to help and are very nice.

At arrival had some hardship trying to locate the BB because we overlooked the printing on the call sign.

Very tensed and rude check-in experience. Due to a bad phone connection, we couldn't understand each other and the host got angry quickly. The next day he apologized and stated that it was late the check-in(11:30 pm).

The room was good and clean. The location is reachable by bus and close to the Vatican(on foot 15min).

The shower drainage was full of hair, which I had to clean. The kettle was dirty with limescale.

The neighborhood is really quiet and very close to Vatican city. Close to the metro station and bus top. No noise from outside. AC worked fine.

The barhroom.was very small but overall, an incredible value for the money. Would stay again!

The location was a walking distance from Stadio Olimpico and all main landmarks. The room had everything you might need for a short visit - a minifridge, a kettle, a hairdryer. The room and the ensuite bathroom were clean.

A bit dusty here and there - in some places you could see fingerprints. The toilet seat was completely broken. The walls are paper thin - I could actually hear the neighbor's phone notifications. My room was the closest to the entrance, and both of the two nights I slept there, someone rang the extremely loud doorbell for up to several minutes at a time. They were just guests wanting to check in, but since there was no reception they just desperately pushed the doorbell. It was incredibly uncomfortable, and scary actually, waking up in the middle of the night in that way. It just felt super unsafe and unprofessional!

Nice room. Fridge and kettle. Okay location - it takes about 30/40 minutes walk to the center itself. Quiet surroundings. Nice wifi. Breakfast is served in a cafe close by, but just consists of a croissant and a coffee. Good place for a few days to explore the city.

Air conditioner is not working properly.

It was a clean and low cost guest house. The location is close to some tourist attractions and to the subway train station. Just a few steps only to the city of Vatican. You can also leave your luggage once you check out. There is no problem also even if you arrive late. The host is very kind.

All in all it was okay. The room and the equipment was a bit old-fashioned but not bad.

Good location near from the Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. Around the accomodation the streets are not crowded with tourists. The stuff was kind, but they barely speak english except Alessandro. They cleaned the room regulary and changed the towels. The breakfast is one cappucino and one stuffed croissant (vanilla or chocolate cream) or whatever they have at the time you arrive. It's delicious, but if you'd like something other or have dietary restrictions it isn't suitable. But in the Tony bar the stuff was very friendly.

the walls/doors don’t really cancel the noise, you will hear neighbours coming home.. that woke me up once, but the rest was totally fine!

very cozy, enough space, good communication with the host (I arrived very late in the evening and he led me in via phone call), good location. I really can’t relate to the negative comments. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness/tidyness and I can assure you that this place is great value for money.

We can not communicate each other at the beginning of the day. We arrive in front of the building but we can not reach Alessandro because we are in abroad which I told him 1-2 days before. I told mailed him that we will in abroad at that times and we can not use our phone so we are at 14:00 between 15:00 there and it’s happened like that. However we lost 2-3 hours because of that sadly. Finally we stayed at there.

It’s quite well and clean. Location is amazing. Pretty much cheaper than other facilities other hotel or something like that.

check in is not at 9am as indicated in the booking. House is difficult to find as no sign on the outside says the name. Make sure you call the host before getting there to avoid waiting time. The locker is very small so a laptop won’t fit inside.
