It was up several flights of stairs if you have excessive luggage, they do need to be carried up the stairs.

The location was perfect.The apartment was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The owner helped us find a parking spot, which was really close to the apartment. All the necesities you can think of are available including dishwasher, towels, microwave, flat iron etc. The WiFi was exceptional!

Minor qualms about facilities: too few wine glasses, no toaster, the clicking of automatic corridor lights can bother some with keen hearing.

Fabulous host Jelena, great location, nice apartment! We arrived early but were able store our luggage in apartment before actual check-in. When leaving, Jelena arranged us a hotel where we could store our luggage.

The owner wasn’t able to meet us as planned on the first day for the key and payment. And then before we left, we met with the owner but the payment machine in the apartment wasn’t working and the owner requested for bank transfer or cash. We chosen bank transfer and it was completed on our end at the same day. However, there were many complication on the owner’s side for receiving the payment. We had a few attempt again during the few weeks after the stay. Unfortunately with the changing of the transfer rate, we end up paying 50-60 pound more compare to the price when we booked

Quite noisy through the night and a number of windows didn’t have a good seal to contain the noise. The shower tray leaked and the kettle didn’t work. Apartment wasn’t ready on time.

The property is located right in the centre. Everything is just a few steps away, so it is really the perfect location. You can buy food & drinks until 2-3 AM and the beaches are just 5-10 minutes away. The host Jelena was also super kind and helpful. Even though there are a lot of tourists in the night, you can’t really hear anything. The apartment itself is super clean, cozy and modern.

The location was great, just in the city center. Next to the Promenade and the walking streets. The apartment deco was also great and it is very equipped too (A/C for the hot summer ;), Smart TV, Kitchen, beautiful bathroom, etc.). Our family of 5 fit really well.

A beautiful air conditioned apartment right in the centre of the Old Town and just a few steps from the harbour. The Ritual shower gels and large soft towels are a nice touch.

A little noisy at night due to its location, but it didn’t keep us up. Apartment is on 3rd floor up stairs, it was fine for us (even with a 4 year old and 2 year old) but worth noting.

Wow we loved this fabulously renovated attic apartment (built into 13th century walls), and the lovely, helpful owner. The apartment is so cool and gorgeous and just as great as it appears in the photos. There is A/C in every room and amazing lighting. We are a family of 3, but you could have fit 5 people in the space, using the sofabed. The kitchen was very nice. The bathroom is stunning. It's well located in that it's in the heart of old city Split, near waterfront - but we will flag that for real it is quite noisy - typically from midnight to 3 AM. There's a bar/disco that abuts the master BR. I'm a light sleeper so I needed earplugs. But we loved this place so much it was worth it! We'd stay again and have recommended to friends. The owner helped us with parking - she showed us exactly where to park (5 mins walk), then helped us pay the fee (that requires an online payment) to the city, which I think was about USD$12 for 24 hrs. We cooked a dinner here and we relaxed so much. I can't stress how nice this cute place was for our family. We just wished we could have stayed longer. Thank you!!

Parking was confusing, I ended up getting a ticket. I’m going to say user error on my part but still, for non-city folk, this may become an issue for extended stays. You have to pay for daily parking. I’m not sure if you need to relocate after your day or just pay for another day. But the host was great and helped me in paying for it (I paid, they helped facilitate :))

Anyone taller than 6’ may want be careful. Low ceilings in all rooms, including bathroom. Apartment was more than enough for the three of us and it’s location was perfect. Access to the popular areas minus the noise and congestion. Host was very helpful in finding places to eat. Highly recommend for all but be sure to fully understand parking.
