Breakfast was available but a minimal options were there. Hotel was good and comfortable. Clean and staff were also cooperative. Recommended for friends. Overall experience was good and recommended for friends.

The check-in was a bit challenging. I have booked the room and it was confirmed. However when I arrived at the hotel I was told by the staff that the Booking.com overbooked their rooms, so there was no room available for me. As it was after midnight (I already informed about my expected arrival time) and with a bit of back and forth, the staff in the end somehow found a room for me. Despite this challenge, the reception staff (both night and morning shifts) remained professional and supportive.

Double beds are not ideal for 4 people. Breakfast was only coffee, packages muffins and Nature Valley bars. at least there was flavored creamer. desk staff was rarely seen in 3 days. they did not initiate any greetings.

I've stayed at lots of hotels that advertise "free breakfast," which range from minimalist to extensive. This one was minimalist in the extreme: coffee, instant oatmeal, and stale muffins. Also, there was no breakfast area in which to eat it. The desk clerk was not sure if my room was ready at check in time and seemed a bit distracted and slightly surly, maybe because he was trying to do too many things at once.

Location. I was biking on the W&OD trail, and the hotel was close.

The smell of fish that permeated the first floor where I stayed. And then the next morning the smell of garbage since I assume the garbage was just taking out. Breakfast was stale and not much of a breakfast

Some odd odors, could have been cleanser smells or... Based on seeing my reflection in an elevator, I think the shampoo might have been cat shampoo.

Good price and good sized room. I wanted a place to sleep and got just that for a reasonable price.

Could do better in maintaining the place by replacing old with the new. I stayed at this location twice 1st time my room was completely cleaned and nice 2nd time it was a different room and it could’ve been better. That specific room needed a few updates

Our next door neighbor was a bit odd. He seemed to be a long term resident —left his door open, sat in the hall on a chair at all hours of the day and night.

We stayed here for a flight to Portugal out of Dulles. The manager graciously extended our checkout time because our flight was late in the day. We were also traveling with our dog and hotel is pet friendly.

When I got in the hotel the stuff was busy there’s no one sitting in the front desk and when I got in the room the floor was sticking

Had bed bugs my bath had a hole so could not bath someone banging on the walls every night and when I was asked for a refund I was laughed at and told I owe them $20

It is advertised as having everything you need- you know as an extended stay should be. Cabinets were completely bare - had to go to front desk to ask for dishes, silverware, ice tray (yes, I said ice tray - there are no ice machines in the hotel). I did feel like the sheets were not as soft as sheets I had felt in other hotels. The elevator had huge pictures of the hotel and the rooms showing well stocked kitchens - This was a daily annoyance as our room certainly wasn't equipped with anything in the kitchen area.

Location of the hotel was fantastic for us and also ease of checking in/out. Ease of getting our luggage to our room by using the luggage carts. Everything in the room was very clean and the heating/air conditioning in the room was very easy to control and quick to respond. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and nice. The lady who gave me the dishes when I went to the front desk was also very nice, despite my less than friendly demeanor when I learned I also needed an ice tray.
