We stayed here for one night as our flight from Tirana airport was in the morning. Good, spacious and clean room. Can easily walk to Skanderbeg square in 30 minutes along main streets of the city. Lots of places nearby to eat. Vladimir was very helpful and kind to print out our boarding passes for us - thank you!

Large comfortable bed and very clean room and bathroom - can tell it has been recently refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff with good recommendations for the local area. Parking was saved for guests so right outside the hotel, however still on the street.

Although slightly outside of Tirana centre, this accomodation is very easy to get to with proper signage. The bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and as expected from the photos

- Not a great view from the room, but we were only sleeping there so it did not matter to us. - Little bit noisy at times with some construction work.

- Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff that spoke perfect English. 😊 - Beautifully clean facilities and sheets, towels etc. - Excellent shower and bathroom. - Location was near to main street with plenty of places to eat. - Great value for money and close enough to walk into Tirana centre.

No breakfast, but you can find a lot just outside the hotel. No worries.

We were met by a very friendly and sweet receptionist. The room was clean, tidy and the bed comfortable. The hotel has its own parking, free of charge.

It is not close to center, the door inside the room didnt work , it could be closed only inside the room , and if you had to go out you had to leave it open. Anyway maybe it was just for the day we were in.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I would like to express my disappointment with the hotel where I recently planned to stay. I made a reservation at this hotel, considering their 24-hour reception desk and parking availability. On the day of arrival (around 8:00 PM), I clarified with the staff whether I needed to reserve a parking spot, and I was told that it was not necessary. They also confirmed the timing of my arrival (00:00-00:30). My arrival at the hotel was carefully planned, however, literally two minutes after my flight landed (11:30 PM), I was informed that they could not check me in due to the absence of a third shift. This happened despite me warning them about my late arrival and choosing their hotel precisely because of the 24-hour reception desk. I asked them to wait for literally 10-15 minutes, explaining that I was picking up my car and heading to the hotel, but they continued to insist that they couldn't check me in despite my reservation. As a compromise, I was offered accommodation at another one of their hotels for the same price. The photos showed that this other hotel was worse and older than what I had originally booked. But we had to agree to it because it was already past midnight. At the reception, we were informed that we were being provided with not a hotel room but some separate "apartments" on the street. We ended up in "apartments" that turned out to be just an old shack on the street. The furniture was worn out and yellowed, the shower was directly on the bathroom floor, and the noise from the huge boiler in the courtyard of these apartments combined with the thin walls was unbearable. The furniture was very old, and I literally didn't want to touch anything. I was amazed that instead of a modern and comfortable room, such an alternative was offered to me. The parking spot, which was also promised, turned out to be on a narrow street where there were no available spots.
