Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

ThailandThe accessibility was not good for us (using a stroller). There are stairs to enter the hotel from both entrances (carry the stroller), then we had to use the Staff lifts to access the Lobby every time. I would not recommend to stay if you have a pram/stroller or wheelchair. Cleaning every 2-3 days only. for the price per night I would expect daily cleaning.
Decent room with all amenities needed. The bed was comfortable and a cot was supplied on request. The price is good, especially compared to other Hotels in central HK. Nice view of the main street below. Water and soft drinks complimentary. Location is good for transport with Jordan MTR in the same building. The building that the hotel is in is an outdated shopping mall, but the foodcourt in the lower basement is handy.

SingaporeI was given 2 rooms at the lowest floor together with my brother and his son where my previous trip since 2018, 3019 n Feb 2023 was 12th floor n above. My room also smell of dust on my 2nd day of stay till I check out. To top it all, there's were people smoking in their room in these floor, around the lift, where are the security, what if a FIRE broke out, the consequences will be dire.

IndiaThe hotel wasn't the best in terms of cleanliness as carpets are quite old and doesn't clean the room every day. Generally in Hong Kong all hotels checkin is at 3pm which is too late and but hotels do allow early checkin based on availability.
The hotel is located in a good place and near MTR station, temple Street was nearby and very accessible by road. They allow you to keep luggage and go around before check-in and after checkout too. This is very helpful if you want to move around in either of the scenarios. The staff is very approachable and helpful. The room size was decently big compared to other hotels.
