+ Very good location (less than 5 min walk from MTR station) + Quiet area at night + 24h Japanese place just 2 min walk away + 7/11 just across from the hotel + Amazing roast goose place just out the hotel entrance + One road crossing away from major banks (which I went to for work) + Comfy bed + Excellent service at both concierge & front desk + there's a restaurant on level 4 (which I didn't even have time to try) & a bar on level 1 (which i did get to try) + luggage storage is very orderly (they find your bags damn fast) + Wi-Fi is good enough to watch long YouTube videos (did not try Netflix/Disney+) + Toilet is spacious enough + Aircon is amazing (cools the room fast and stays cool throughout the night)

- Wish there was a pool - Wish there was a gym - Wish there was a chance for earlier check in (but then I always arrive at 10am) - But I know that wishes don't always come true - The only thing slightly irritating is that after midnight or something the backdoor (which is the easier one to access) is closed so to get to the 7-11 or the 24h food place you need to walk one round around the building

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and I felt immediately at home. I was expecting to see the harbour view, But there was bi harbour view, but the view was okay. I could see if it was raining or not.

It's very strange. I do not mind if there is no toothbrush in the bath, but good hotels say if you need a toothbrush, please ask for one at the front desk. So I did, but they said I had to pay when I went there. The lady said this is now Hong Kong's rule and showed me a paper. Well, I do not care what the authorities of Hong Kong order. I care to have minimum service. A free toothbrush at the front desk is the minimum service if no toothbrush is in the bath. Well. I went out and bought one elsewhere. I feel if Hong Kong hotels are not giving good service anymore: People will go to Shenzhen, pay less, or just not come to Hong Kong anymore and go to a location with good service: Shanghai, Guangzhou, Beijing, etc.

It is very close from the airport bus stop and to the subway station. If you need just a place to sleep in the center of the city, there is no problem.

Air condition works very well, but it is a bit noisy. There is a low table and two single sofas. A higher small table and chair would be much better.

Excellent location, MTR station is literally a stone's throw away. Plenty of eateries nearby as well as attractions around TST area.

Interior of the hotel was dated, the rooms that we stayed in were probably something that was built for the 1990s. Rooms were generally clean, but toilet was cramp and bathtub had stains.
