The stairs!! But there’s no avoiding them in Oia. Great location.

The pool/jacuzzi was extremely warm and nice to relax in at any hour of the day. Breakfast each morning was very nice with a big variety to choose from. Katerina, housekeeping and the porters were all fantastic in making sure we had everything we needed and more for the entirety of our stay. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking to relax and have some drinks/food in and around the pool.

We felt so spoilt! This place is truly amazing. Katerina was incredible making everything so special for my husbands 60th Birthday. She was in contact before & whilst we were there with lots of recommendations of different trips & restaurants. The accommodation was superb & I would highly recommend. Really authentic & everything that we had hoped for.

Everything was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Lava Caves. The location is unique and the view is just breathtaking. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything you might need during your stay. Undoubtedly the best part was our host Katerina, who took such good care of us. She arranged a number of activities, all of which were excellent, she checked in regularly to see how we are getting on or if there's anything we need. I would highly recommend it and would stay again.

Ok. This was an unfortunate accident but while going out of the tub I slipped and broke my tailbone. The floor around it it’s very slippery and if you don’t dry yourself very well you can slip easily. Maybe a couple of anti slippery mats around the tub would be a good idea.

Our room was beautiful and really confortable. The view from the tub was breathtaking overlooking the ocean. It was 3 min from all the instagramable places in Oia (if you are looking for those) and all the important places to visit in that area. Communication with Katerina was really great. She was making sure we were confortable and that everything was going well. Overall it was a wonderful place to stay

the breakfast is sent by food delivery service, we book 9am but it arrived 8am and shocked me when the server knock our door

the feature of the cave is really special, though the location is not easy to walk in, porter will help to carry the luggage there is no personal to help you, but you can contact through WhatsApp with prompt reply

We have stayed here for 10 days, property and katerina, have been amazing everything as described so cannot fault this place and cleaning staff and porter really friendly, breakfast delivered every morning, always something to eat from the choice. View is outstanding and property is far enough down the steps to be quiet enough from all the hustle and bustle from the main street.

My girlfriend (now fiancé!) and I spent 3 nights here and loved every minute. Suite - Beautiful, unique, spacious. The hot tub/pool is the perfect spot to relax with sea views. Customer service - I proposed to my girlfriend during our stay and the host went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. She helped organise a private romantic dinner with decorations for the suite and was in constant contact with me to make sure everything went okay. I could not have done it without her! She will definitely be on hand to help with any questions you have before and during your stay (for example, information about the local area or how to get around). Location - Right in the heart of Oia and surrounded by all the main attractions (such as the blue domes). However, it is slightly off track from the usual tourist path so it still feels quiet, calm and secluded. Breakfast - Breakfast is delivered around 9am and was something different every day. It was always substantial and delicious! 100% recommend for any couple after a once in a lifetime stay.

It's not the sort of place to laze in your room all the time. There is no where on the terrace to lay down, only a bench and 2 chairs so you can't sunbathe or properly relax in the sun.

The room was very clean and it was fantastic staying in a traditional cave suite. It had everything we needed. Our host gave us a lot of information on which restaurants to go to, and was there to answer questions whenever we had one. They also helped us arrange transfers, book restaurants and organise covid tests.

Everything was exceptional.

Wow! The Lava Caves was breathtaking. First off the service that we received from Katerina and staff was exceptional. She was extremely helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. Secondly, the room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was excellent, and amenities were great. I highly recommend visiting the Lava Caves on your next adventure to Santorini.

Very minor detail, but could have had more comfortable chairs outside.

Best thing by far is the jacuzzi with its incredible views. Comfortable bed and living area.
