Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Location-Excellent, very central. Room was lovely, clean, modern & spacious, beds very comfortable, bathroom excellent, AC good. Breakfast was really good. The young man who owned the Trevi Elite was very helpful with info of Rome plus organised our transport to airport when departing. Great stay, will definitely return.

This property is in a fantastic position. Everything you need on yr doorstep. Trevi fountain 60 second walk. The host Antonio was amazing. Very considerate and happy to help with whatever you need. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you. We loved it. Rooms very comfortable Drapes full blockout. Windows open and provide full noise block out. Amazing!!

AustraliaWe loved everything about staying here but the best part was the manager Antonio! Upon arrival Antonio provided a map and gave us lots of great recommendations for our stay. He also makes a cooked breakfast every morning for guests, including incredible home-baked croissants. The rooms are modern and clean and the property is in a great location to walk to the majority of the main monuments. I would highly recommend Trevi Elite Rome and would stay again - thank you Antonio!

United StatesVery convenient location. The property is just a minute walk to the Trevi fountain and about 6-7min walk to the Phanteom which has very good restaurants around. Breakfast is included and consisted of croissant, bread with ham and cheese, boiled egg, yogurt and coffee. The room was comfortable. Antonio was very attentive and always available for any questions or needs we had.

Super clean rooms managed by super helpful Antonio. Having only a few rooms, it makes the hotel quiet which is the best thing after a long busy day. Central location, could get noisy at night when windows are open, but when they are shut they are quite noise cancelling. Breakfast was good.

GreeceBeing at such central point of the city, it could become noisy in the nights until about 1.00am (this was not issue for us sleeping though)
We had an excellent stay in Trevi hotel. Location was super convenient as its located right in the middle of all important points in Rome, so you can plan your days and visit everything on foot at a relevantly balanced proximity from the hotel. Antonio -our host- had been a super star. Very nice guy , helpful, knowledgeable of things around. He made the difference during these days. Thank you Antonio, my friend!
