“The staff were great, Spyros at the Pool Bar was wonderful, friendly & helpful. I experienced an issue with noise from guests in the room next door, 2 girls who slept all day and partied all night. First night I thought it was a one off so I put up with it, the second night was really annoying and I complained. The hotel spoke to the girls but it made no difference, third night enough was enough! The Hotel relocated me to a better and quiet room. They were most apologetic about the noise. The noisy guests should have been asked to leave after night no.2 as it turned out I wasn't the only guest to complain about their noise. The hotel was in a good location and the gardens are really lovely.”

Hotel is located in a quiet area close to city center and bus station, and it is fully equipped. The thing we loved the most was the attention given by receptionist; she is lovely and always eager to help you with anything you may need.”
