Very worn out, not maintained well, all surfaces are old and looking rusty, wall paint falling, cigarette smell in the room (we bought air freshener to feel better). The wardrobe furniture was just a door in the wall, we did not use it, it looked terrible. The blanket was old and dirty, I was lucky to have my own with me. There is a pool but I did not feel like going in, it did not look clean.

Basic, but has all that is needed (towels, hairdryer, AC). Towels and bedsheets were clean. The owner was helfpul. Very convenient that busstop, bakery and supermarket is very close to the apt. The garden proved to be useful. It is ok just to sleep, but you do not want to be there more than necessary. A budget option for the nice beach of Perisssa and to explore the island. Ok price for Santorini - but just because the whole island is overpriced.

Do not ever book this hotel! it was so awful, and it was a horrible experience. The room was dirty and very smelly. We could hear mouse during the night, and we found mouse poop in the corner. They didn’t want to refund our money. Do not ever book this hotel.

For us everything was perfect. The owners even helped us with late check out. They didn't complained at all when we gave them the room little later.

Everything. The swimming pool is very very very clean and you can use it for extended hours either early in the morning along with breakfast at the tables nearby or after you go to the beach and come back. The owners are very helpful and willing to accommodate all your needs.

John, the owner, is a special person, always ready to help. Although the rooms are not of the highest state of the art, what can you expect for this price? Air conditioning, refrigerator, pool, all included.

Room felt a bit like a prison cell with small high up windows that rattled with the wind. Bed uncomfortable and my room was at a junction between 2 roads and it was very noisy all through the night. Fridge doesn't keep things cold, had to put things in the freezer. Has a sink and kettle but no implements to do anything with it.

Disappointment! Such location cannot be on Booking.com. It's just falling apart. Totally disaster: negligence,smell, dampness, defective sockets, ancient refrigerator and so called furniture. Kitchenette not clean, bathroom same, dust in the room, AC remote control not functioning, we had to climb on the upper bed to unplug it. I'm not sure what to do about cleaning, better demolish everything and rebuild. So called reception in a deplorable condition. Personnel not speaking, not even look at us, just take the money for the room. 82 euro for one night(mare), no bill.

Clean sheets, at least it seemed like it could have been. Hot water,but No soap, only toilet paper in bathroom. My advice to Booking.com is to remove this location, it's a disgrace. We just avoided return to room, but only to sleep quickly and leave as soon as sun is rising up. Very close to supermarket and bakery, where we enjoyed the morning coffee.

Few mosquitos around but that’s probably my fault for using the balcony in the evening. As soon as I mentioned it John went up and immediately sprayed the room so resolved very quickly.

This was exactly what I was looking for as a solo traveller. Great value for money, clean sheets and great room with a perfectly functioning wi-fi. Also very nice location near the beach and good restaurants in Perissa. Finally, it is just in front of a bus stop that can take you to Fira.

I don't know where to start, the room was so dusty, like no one opened it for years. Everything is so old, and that's not the biggest problem. Bathroom was dirty, kitchen terrible, fridge also dirty, someone's hair on the blow-drier... We started to itch and cough, so we decided to pick our bags and leave after a few hours, even tough we had booked 2 nights. That day of our vacation was definitely ruined.
