space upstairs is not suitable for people above 4 feet. It's quite noisy at night since there are many bars right downstairs.

The typical noise from the street centres of turistic cities up to very early in the morning. The heat pump didn't work; I informed the tenant but received no action to activate it. Fortunately, it wasn't so cold despite 10°C outside.

No effort was being made by either of the 2 people we had dealt with to communicate with us in English nor did they ask if we even speak Spanish, while texting that's not an issue but while checking in it was slightly troublesome. The door to the entrance on the road is also quite hard to find. The upper floor isn't really useful for adults maybe for children because it's so tiny that no grown up could possible stand there, you have to crouch or lay down and the staircase up and down is a dangerous nightmare.

The location is superb in the midst of all the action in Madrid. Some people complained about loud noises from outside but if the windows are shut there's no noise although you're in the midst of the center of Madrid.

The bed was uncomfortable, personally do not like memory foam. Being in the centre of the city, there was noise from outside in the early hours. Its difficult to find the apartment as the number 12 is hidden so difficult to find. €100 Refundable Deposit was taken on top of the room cost, this was not initially notified when booking.

Clean and tidy apartment, Good facilities including microwave, cooker, big fridge freezer, air-conditioning, Right at the heart of Puerta del Sol near all restaurants, tourist sites, walking distance to the Palace and Retiro Park. Very secure apartment, tough locking system in place. Great location, near to food shops, souvenir shops etc. Silvia whho runs the apartments was very helpful.

The staff were horrible, also you are required to pay outside of booking which isnt allowed so they can also hold your money in booking as a “cleaning fee”. So if you get the towels dirty which still have to be washed, you pay extra. The property was hard to find since the location was off and we also waited around 30 minutes for the host to come. No slippers, no small shampoo bottles just the large leftover ones. The noises are also horrendous up until 6 am.

The staff at the place didn’t speak English. The person for communication was on whatsup and didn’t respond fast enough. Thereby are some hidden taxes - deposit, late arrival and other. The bed in the main room is a sofa and it’s no very comfortable.

Top location. The best value for money. We all really liked it. It’s in the perfect centre of Madrid. It has a very big bathroom, and cozy loft. It has a small balcony for the smokers. The kitchen is fully functional and there is even dishwasher and refrigerator, and a lot of utensils and glasses. We are two couples and we had two pairs of keys. The entrance is good, a little bit of secret and a little bit of adventure on the way.

Being hounded for arrival time, then to arrive to be greated by non speaking English staff member, took €100 deposit no where on the booking does it advise of this, wouldn't appcept payment via booking.com, sent another WhatsApp payment link, payment didn't go through, wanted cash instead paid the cash,and when the staff member left I checked my account to find money had also been debited from account, €180, paid €170 cash along with €100 deposit, after back and forth for nearly 5 days eventually got the €170 euro paid back, 5 days after checking out I have yet to receive my deposit of €100, after numerous txts back and forth having to beg for deposit I would not recommend this place avoid, was advised to allow 24 48 hrs for deposit to refund as was apparently sent back on the weekend as day 5 I haven't received any refund. Very poor service very poor communication , avoid this place if you don't want stress or having to beg for your own money to be refunded

In the street where the apartment is located, there are many restaurants and cafes, the noise is present until the morning hours, so it can affect bad sleep. There was no mirror in the bathroom and the owner did not respond to a request to provide a new mirror. The floor on which there are two beds is about 70 cm high, so you can easily hit your head on the ceiling.

The apartment is close to the center, which has a wide range of restaurants. It is well connected to the attractions in the city. The apartment is located on the first floor and is very clean.

The upstairs room was not a room. It's an attic and you have to crawl to your bed. We had booked for 4 people and asked the host to accommodate another property. She was rude and didn't couldn't care less. The beds had strings coming out and poking your back. The hallway and the room smelled terrible. There were not enough towels and the bathroom was dirty.

Location of the property was good but there was too much noise until 4am and we couldn't sleep. It ruined our days because we missed our tours.

the owner Made me regret booking in this place. the apartment is okay, but they make you wait beyond the check-in time. the owner writes you but she doesn’t answer back most of the times, making having her contact totally useless. not coming back for sure.
