This has nothing to do with this particular hotel but access to properties on the caldera in Fira (and elsewhere on the island) require a fair amount of sometimes vigorous walking to access. Significant elevation changes over cobblestone paths are common. Again, not a knock on this hotel, which was terrific.

The location is terrific. Views from hotel and private pool suite were incredible. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the views from the restaurant amazing. Great experience overall.

Need a chest of drawers as we didn’t have enough space to put our clothes.

The location was excellent and the view was incredible. We didn’t find a better view throughout our stay in Santorini. The atmosphere was brilliant, calm, the staff were lovely also. Everyone was really helpful in explaining things or giving advice or helping to book transport. A real premium experience.

The room would be perfect if there were bathrobes, teapot and blanket who looks like it not like decoration/cover.

Location is amazing, best sunset is guaranteed. Staff is polite, helpful, gives special attention to the guest. At first I was worried that the room is in the first floor near the staff room but the sound isolation was amazing so nothing bothered us. Place is just perfect - clean and peaceful.

not many sun beds for the amount of people staying there, and add ons were quite pricy - glass of red wine €14 for example.

the view was spectacular. the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. staff organised a scooter for us for a day which was very easy and cheap. great pool and lovely room.

we got lost on the way to the hotel but when we called the hotel, they sent the staff and they assisted us with bags. But would be helpful to put a map and write directions on the hotel website :-) thank you!

Location and the view is amazing! Staff were really helpful, approachable and supportive. It was my fiancé’s birthday and the service they provided (especially during our dinner celebration) was great! thank you and we do recommend this place :-)

The pool is quite small but we could see that this was the case for most hotels in Santorini. I love to swim and missed being able to do that, so just be aware that the pool is really just for cooling off!

the only complaints I have is the drinks were a little over priced and there was no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms

the staff was exceptional - friendly, polite, and cater to your every need. the location is perfection. right in the middle of the island / fantastic views of the bay, caldera, and sunsets. it’s away from the louder sections but an easy walk to the action.

I wish they would have had some appetizers or cheese/crackers to go with the wonderful glass of wine at sunset.

The service was impeccable. Thank you George for being so wonderful and helpful! The rooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day. The views were priceless and location the best on the island.
