Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere was never anyone at the front desk. Always had to wait for someone. When I was checking in, I waited at the front deck for 10 minutes or more. No bell to ring, I walked around and couldn't find anyone. The only complaint we had on the room was that it was really humid. The air was off in the room.

United StatesThe outdoor pool needs to be fixed and available! The room felt damp however there was a dehumidifier available that worked well. The TV’s guide didn’t work.
Breakfast was though sausage was pretty chewy. Pancake maker was fun and good. We had a power outage while we were there and the staff was on top of it. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

United StatesExtremely difficult to understand front desk staff and they struggled to understand what I was asking or stating. If not for the lady behind us checking in as well, telling me what clerk was asking me, we’d never have gotten checked in.
Nice room with comfortable beds, but we had several rambunctious children in room above ours. At midnight they started jumping and making so much noise above us that I finally had to put earplugs in to get any quiet. I tried to complain at desk but they couldn’t understand what I was saying.
