We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceThis could be a very charming hotel /pub but instead it is very basic. There are many narrow corridors and stairs. Our room was small for 3 people and in need of renovation. We had dinner at the pub and the food was good.
Knutsford is a cute, affluent village with few hotels . Location is very good. Right on the main street. Free parking available

Good hotel in the centre of lovely Knutsford. Lots of rooms available, nice and big with a good temperature, and tea and coffee maker in room. Private car park was a bonus. Excellent bar downstairs with very friendly staff

CanadaTowels only changed when requested. Cups and glasses changed only once. Tea supply was not refreshed. Carpet never vacuumed during stay.
Breakfast was good. Dinner first request not available and 2nd request was fair. Bed comfortable. Nice location. Friendly staff. Patio was a nice addition but often messy.

United KingdomWe had searched for dog friendly accommodation and specified we were bringing the dog but were given an internal second floor room which was advertised as not mobility nor pet friendly! So I was up at 3 am and 6am to take the dog out via windy staircases…fortunately the streets and shops were well lit even at these social hours.
Centrally located but rooms at the back were quiet. We were passing through for one night on the way to the Lake District and met some relatives for dinner at the pub. Friendly and helpful staff Dinner was reasonably priced pub food. Guest car park available on an unreserved basis and potentially difficult to find but we were provided with timely precise instructions which were invaluable.

The staff were awesome. The rooms were big and clean with everything you needed including two fans as the rooms were hot and no air con but to be expected in a b&b. Location was fabulous.
