Table service was sometimes a bit slow, due to staff shortages, but all the staff were charming and friendly.

Excellent breakfasts and dinners, notably the seafood from Loch Fyne. Our room, albeit up two flights of stairs, was spacious, with a comfortable bed, and a spectacular view down the loch. A most beautiful location.

The location was wonderful. I had chosen the hotel carefully for the views of Loch Fynne. The meals were good, and good value. It is an old style country hotel, which must have a short season of good booking numbers.

The shower was very weak. The staff were young but rather inexperienced

Gorgeous views of Loch Fyne from our room and the sitting room. Good restaurant for an evening meal.

A traditional inn/hotel Warm welcome Comfortable warm rooms Plentiful hot water Slept well on a comfortable bed and pillows Log burner in bar appreciated by our dogs! Good range of drinks with hand pumped ale A restaurant menu where we would have eaten everything on it - we chose seafood and were not disappointed Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and a wide range of cooked options We are certain to return on our next trip down the west coast

We got an offer so can’t complain but the room had slanted ceilings and my husband is 6ft 6 and kept banging his head. Hotel wasn’t to know but my husband is about to have a knee replacement and the room was miles away from reception and restaurant and up many stairs. Otherwise beautiful room.

Good food, friendly staff, great location.

A warm welcome when we arrived and friendly staff at all points. We had a very nice meal in the hotel with friends who had joined us for the evening. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our short stay at the Creggans

    Nothing to dislike.

All our meals were excellent with generous portions. No issue if eg one egg as opposed to two was requested, nothing appeared a bother. Our room was ideal as not all twin bedded rooms provide a tad more space. All your restaurant staff were cheerful, reception staff helpful and housekeeping assisted with replenishing coffee etc. Our stay was extended due to severe weather conditions cutting village off by flooding and landslides. It was good to see your staff multi tasking when short staffed, again due to weather. Fact that some got into work by tractor and 4x4 vehicles is testament to their commitment not letting owners and guests down. Hope they are paid well which l am sure they are or they wouldn’t have been so committed.

Nothing. These people cannot be praised enough for the way they managed an emergency situation. They never charged the stranded people for accommodation . They only charged for food

We managed to get to the Creggans with a great deal of difficulty as all the roads were blocked by landslides . It is all credit to this Inn who took in stranded travellers to the extent that the residents lounge was turned into a dormitory for stranded travellers. The hosts went beyond the expectations to cater for all. We enjoyed the thrill of being cut off from the rest of Scotland . The food was good and the atmosphere friendly.
