We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The staff was really nice and recommended some restaurants around the place that stayed open until later. The bed was quite comfortable. They had a free parking which was nice.

United KingdomCheck in isn't until 3 unless you willing to pay more which is annoying when it obviously not busy. Breakfast is at 8 and I wanted to go early so was first in there whilst it being set up but a great buffet.
It was a great location to break up a long journey. Lovely area and some nice walks if my dog hadn't hurt his paw! Nice bar and decent food and the room was comfortable. Also nice grounds plus a field for the dog.

Executive suite was barren very few facilities. Coffee machine did not work satisfactory the bed was too hard and caused issues with my back, no hot water in the evening (19:00 -22:00)and no hot water in the morning (7:30- 08:00)had to let it run for nearly 30 mins

There for an event so it was easy to stay there. Breakfast was good, quick and good choice. The room was good, had all I needed. Good to have a all on one site.

United KingdomFrom what I had seen from the pictures when booking I was expecting a beautiful country hotel with a stunning room to match which I was looking forward to, However when I arrived I was shown to another building behind the hotel which was more like a travel lodge and I'd say it was rather dated and the room would benefit from some TLC in places, A lot of noise from children outside the door and a tapping noise from near the window all through the night both nights, However the room was clean and comfortable but I was a bit disappointed by this and it let the hotel down in my opinion.
The location is nice and rural and I also found the food nice in the restaurant, The staff was very helpful.

The room was perfect, roomy, stylish, comfortable and equipped with everything we could want. The set of buildings are stunning. There is a large and convenient car park.

The rooms have been criticised in other reviews for being shabby - I would say that they are slightly dated, but on a par with a Premier Inn (at about the same price). You need a car to stay here, but we loved our evening out in neighbouring Stratford-upon-Avon.

The relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff was very good. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient. Also the location to Stratford on Avon/ Warwick was great. Parking is easy with a large carpark
