The corridor doors had no restrictions on them and banged to some tune. The kettle lead could not reach a plug and had to be placed on the floor to use.

The staff were helpful and pleasant at every point. We were half board which was great value. The food was lovely

Extremely small lift so used the stairs. We were on 4th floor but only used the stairs to come down am and go up pm.

The beds were comfortable and room with a sea view not a bad size, good value for what it cost to stay. Good location and only 10 minute walk to the town.

The room was very basic. TV hardly worked. Coffee in room wasn't replaced when used. Batl towel was not changed

Furniture was broken in our room, the bathroom door was hard to open so made a noise everytime it was opened and closed but had to be shut as the bunk beds were outside the door and the light would shine through, bath no shower. Carpet was lifted at entrance to out room. Very basic, was ideal to just sleep if you knew you would be out most of the time.

Had to get a bottom sheet after 12 as stains all over them got to the room the door was wedged open with chair with a towel on it. Only got 1 towel and was me and my daughter no soap dispensers wasn't allowed to order takeaway and take to room when my daughter was tired got woke up at 5an by kids in room and a fog constantly barking like it had been left alone

I didn’t like the fact we had no TV for two nights even though I told the receptionist and he told me he would come to our apartment within 10 minutes but he never attended.

We didn’t get a breakfast no did we get parking? So I believe my stay was out of 7 out of 10.

Although there was lifts, the we still had to walk down and up some stairs to get to our room which was a bit difficult with a buggy.

When we first got there to check in it took the security guard 15mins to answer the bell I kept ringing it for attention. We didn't get breakfast as we was not told the times etc...

Not the cleanest of places, grime around the bathroom. The shower was very low pressure and mostly cold! Cleaners were very loud in the mornings in the rooms around us! We got stuck in the lift in the hotel! As did other people during our stay! Avoid the lift!

I liked the coffee and bar area and everything was clean and reasonably priced.
