Nicola was very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable and cosy, had everything we could need, and had a lovely view out. The use of a living room was very helpful and we were able to eat our takeaway in there. Great location, everything was easily walkable.

Nicola was an excellent host and the B&B is in the heart of the village, so the parking area was an extra bonus. We booked a room with a balcony, the room was large and comfy and it was lovely to be able to sit outside when the sun did shine.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great. We ordered the night before and it was served on time the following morning.

A really lovely room - with a balcony overlooking the hills and the quiet street. Minutes away from a fabulous tapas restaurant and amazing steak restaurant, and cafes and shops and the funicular. Walkable to the Valley of the Rocks. Great location with a few parking spaces behind the property too. Lovely owner, we felt very welcome and comfortable.

The location is on the main street in Lynton and ce ntral for everything. The guest house is a beautiful building .The breakfast is exceptional, and the host is lovely. A real home from home !!

Clean towels daily as they didn't dry very well in the shower room. Had the window open at night - this rattled loudly and woke us up several times.

Gable Lodge was perfect! The rooms were very clean, smelled nice and a good size. The bathroom were also nice and also very clean. There were also some lovely toiletries and overall the rooms were 10/10

The restaurants need to be pre-booked in the village.

Our family stayed 3 night in the house, we had a very good experience there. The room is clean, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. The house owner is warm welcoming, provided lots of local information. The location is perfect, we love the pretty nice village.

We were welcomed very warmly. The garden in front of the house is very beautiful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The room was very cosy with many thouhgtful details and little touches. Nicola is such an excellent host. She was taking care of us at all times and prepared a wonderful breakfast. We'll gladly come again.

The only down side was the tiny WC/ shower room but this was unavoidable in the space available.

The host was very welcoming & helpful in every respect. The house was remarkably clean & fresh. Breakfast substantial and delicious. We had a small balcony which made the room special.The house is central to all amenities and the locals are very friendly
