Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomA/C kept going on and off during night . TV kept cutting out . Found the lift hard to use , as had to put key card in and it just seemed to go up 2 then back down . So we took the stairs , unfortunately we were on 5th floor !

United KingdomOur room was above the reception and we could hear music playing all night which meant we found it very difficult to sleep. For the amount of money we paid we were very disappointed that we were unable to get a good nights sleep because of something caused by the hotel.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and the accommodation was clean.

United KingdomThe food choice in the bar is poor- and we were too tired to walk the 30 minutes back into Greenwich to go to a restaurant. So if you stay here eat out before you get to the hotel. This was a last minute booking for the London Marathon and it was a little further out of central Greenwich than I would have liked but it was all I could find.
The room was really good, it was clean and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a hotel. The staff were really helpful, polite and efficient.

United KingdomThe price for 1 night was the only real negative, I don't feel the room was value for the money paid. The lifts didn't work for me, had to use the stairs which wasn't an issue for me however I can see it being a problem for someone with mobility issues
Very comfortable beds, clean room and the smart TV was a nice addition. The lady who saw me at the counter was very polite and welcoming.

Lots of choice no matter what you prefer. Not having to brave the packed tube train home after a fabulous night = priceless. I will be back.

United KingdomBit frustrating turn on the tv it says "smart tv" connect your phone, doesnt work, go downstairs to be told its not a smart tv and dont have that function? Confusing... also, when arrived there was a glass on the table full of water, we thought the room wasnt cleaned/glass was missed, no big deal, then later as the aircon was on and it drips water everywhere onto the table, im guessing hence the glass earlier!

Perfect location for O2 arena shows!! Love the fact its just a 20 minute walk to the O2 so no need to hop on the underground which I hate. Nice size rooms with everything you need.
