Too expensive. 296 sterling for a single night stay for 2 people in a 3 star hotel despite booking several months before + without breakfast. Bath/shower full of black scratches… looks old.

Large comfortable rooms close proximity to airport since we had an early morning flight. Large comfortable beds with large TV. Tram 5 minute walk away. Taxi to airport takes about 10 minutes.

Two bits of feedback - the room was very warm, it would have been helpful if the air-con/fan was made obvious. The bar menu was really limited in terms of healthier options and the food was a bit average for what I paid.

Two night work stay. Facilities were excellent and room was good.

A bit further from the centre, so not easy to come back and forth from centre, but easily accessible 20-30min bus ride, with bus stop 2mins walk away.

Wonderfully clean facilities and rooms, good breakfast choices, and accommodating staff. Good for the price.

Unfortunately very overpriced as Taylor Swift was playing nearby. Receptionist never told us about complimentary breakfast or the free parking due to the inflated room rate so ended up paying for parking and having to have it refunded (still not received the money back!) Poor service unfortunately and ridiculously slow checking in. Wouldn’t come back

The room wasn't as luxurious as the pictures . I know prices had been increased for Taylor Swift but for the money I felt the room although clean was a bit dated and tired.. Also in the Brew bar service was friendly but slow at times as a few staff members didn't seem trained up enough and couldn't figure out how to operate the till for orders etc

The staff were very friendly . The room was clean. Location had good transport links.

Leisure facility has certain time to access was not mention before and sauna was off use . Also we would like to use a decent kettle rather than old poor one in a nice room and even thought we specifically asked for room service we came at end of the day to same room and sheet 🙃

A modern hotel situated right st Edinburgh's doorsteps.

Room was very hot there was a cooler in the room with a funnel to hang out the window but because the room overlooked a busy road it couldn't be left open during the night. Quite away from the City Center with not much to see around the area although a short walk to a modern shopping mall and buses and train station to take you into the city within a short walking distance.

Stayed here as this was the pick up and drop off point for a coach trip I had booked. I had a Large room on the 3rd floor with a comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Excellent choice for breakfast good value to add on a breakfast with your stay.

We ordered a glass of wine with our meal. The drink options were a small or a large glass. I would have preferred medium but there was no "medium" option.

We enjoyed a nice meal in the bar in the evening. The service was very good.

The plug in the bathtub didn't fully close, so water drained out while trying to take a bath.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We forgot to order some food (one meal) at the bar in time on the evening of our stay but the staff quickly made it for us. The breakfast was delicious and had really good options. The pool was quite nice and the jacuzzi and steam room were good.

I loved the fact we could go to gym or swimming anytime we wanted and it was great to keep my 14 year old daughter happy and entertained such a relaxing time by all well needed break would have been even better if weather was on our side but hey ho 😊 we will be back.

We like to take a short walk after or evening meal but because of the location there was no where suitable. To call it an airport hotel I feel is a bit of an exaggeration.

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Rooms were quite and comfortable.

Sadly the air con in the rooms were not as good as the public areas & we needed a fan & the bathroom water pressure wasn’t great. We were facing the road, but its a busy junction.

The 2 double beds, friendly staff, pool & jacuzzi & steam & sauna, breakfast, choice of bar & restaurant, grab section, outdoor seating area. Locality, great to drive from Aberdeenshire & park, choice of bus just outside, day ticket £5 & my daughter could use her young scot card. Or train & tram very close. Lots of parking at a reasonable daily rate.
