Check-in was painfully slow and the fellow in front of me was almost finished when I arrived. At least 15 minutes. Absolutely nothing in the room: no coffee maker, utensils, proper ceramic cups to heat the water, no lotion. Good thing I brought my own tea as I awake early. Muffins were stale and they only had chocolate. We stayed here 2 years ago and the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. No extra pillows in the room.

Location is great, BUT the link for Google Maps sent us to a different Extended Stay. We had to have someone phone over for the correct address. Rooms are spacious and handy. Reasonably clean. Excellent price. Decent WIFI speed.

I have used booking for many years and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I had a 16-hour flight from Rochester to Seattle. I arrived at the facility around midnight and they didn't let me in although I had a booking confirmation and showed it to them. In the middle of the night, after a long flight, they didn't let me in! So, I took another Uber and tried to find another hotel to sleep in. After this incident, I called them more than 4 times and described that the situation wasn't my fault at all and requested to get at least my money back, but they didn't pay attention. They told me there had been an issue between Booking and this place, so my name wasn't updated in their system to let me in. Then, I emailed their manager, no response! Not only you didn't let me and my wife in but also charged us the full price! I described this at least to 3 of your employees. At least have the courtesy to apologize.

Our room smelled like weed so bad we thought our neighbors were smoking nonstop even though it is supposed to be non-smoking smoking rooms. There was nothing in the rooms and the ironing board was broken. I didn't need it, but still... the staff was OK but short with the other people staying there and had no answers to anyone questions. Just attitude

45 minutes to check in, just one employee and one computer. It was difficult to identify the room numbers, I had to get out of the car to get close to the door to see the number. Exterior a little dirty. Old bathroom (cracked door, old and damaged cabinets).

First thing I noticed was the customer service. I came there on a Thursday wanted to make sure I had enough for my deposit on my card and if I didn’t I want to make sure to load it with the correct amount of cash . I called and ask the front desk agent Doreen what the deposit was she told me to just make sure I have money. And that I owe the hotel. And that she couldn’t see what the deposit was. I work as a night auditor and we know the deposit I don’t understand how it’s confidential to know that information prior to check in. Doreen Just came off as rude and had no regard on how to talk to people. Even when she asked the phone she told the person on the phone she has 3 people in front of them and they’re just going to have to call back. The breakfast options were not the best. They provided nature valley bars and oatmeal. When asked did they have any juice in a sarcastic way the front desk agent said we never had juice. I have stayed at plenty hotels and worked at them definitely wont come back to location. And wouldn’t recommend it. I tried booking a different hotel so that I could cancel this reservation but because it was last minute most hotels in the area was sold out.

interior was worn. Bathroom needs a revamp. Biggest annoyance was the compressor on the refrigerator...so noisy it woke me up every 45 minutes when it kicked on.

We reserved two queen beds but received a king with a pull-out sofa instead (which was very uncomfortable for two people to share). We were told that because we booked on booking.com that our type of room was not reserved, just that we would get a room. I have never before had a hotel tell us this. Also the bathroom air vent was damaged and made a horrible screeching noise.

Location, staff helpful with giving out dishes, queen beds and pillow were comfortable. Showers had good water pressure and good hot water.

When we got there it was already late but all the trash and the smell from the trash it was pretty bad and to check in the receptionist it was kind of rude because of a mistake they did on booking rooms for my family.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable and they didn't have any extra pillows or an ice machine. My husband and I had to buy a mattress topper and extra pillows to sleep comfortably. Also they only provide limited kitchen supplies to use when they have them. Had to buy paper products and microwavable food. Nice place but definitely for the traveler whom can fend for themselves.

Room was nice and super clean and the staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be for how the hotel is set up. Hotel location was super great, very centrally located to lots of entertainment and stores.

the rooms were not as clean, also, the breakfast is such a decoy. They really just serve you coffee with granola bars as breakfast. They dont have a breakfast. Even though we paid a high rate and it said that the amount included breakfast as well. We ended up ordering breakfast from outside every day.

The front desk was EXTREMELY rude! I'm literally The nicest person you will ever meet & they were awful...the room was clean until u opened the drawers the cabinets & looked under the bed! I refused to put anything in the cabinets! The breakfast that was included consists of oatmeal & granola bars! You had to go up to the front desk to ask for everything but yet nobody was ever out the front desk to even get inside the door!
