Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomAs directed, on arrival back in to Manchester Airport, we headed to the bus-stops / collection point outside the airport for Hotel transfers. It was only after a significant wait and a number of phone calls, we were made aware that there was no "Hotel Transfer" shuttles being operated for Crowne Plaza, unlike all of your competitors. We ended up having to walk from the airport to the hotel, with 3 suitcases which did not get us off to a good start. On top of that, our hotel transfer (to the railway station) the following morning through CPP Shuttle never turned up, despite receiving a text message at 9.25 confirming driver was about a minute away? We ended up setting off on foot again at approx. 9.45 due to having a train to catch at 10.04
Got off to a bad start to to lack of communication / lack of Airport transfer facility, but member of staff (Chris / Christopher) handled the matter extremely well and worthy of special note for his attitude in dealing with our complaint.

The best thing was the calm and relaxing bar and restaurant areas, just what's needed at the start of a special holiday. Thank you.

The rooms were excellent,everything you needed.The staff were really helpfuland very Friendly.The Breakfast was,well anything you would want for breakfast,the shuttle service to the airport terminal was really great,the driver dropped people at any spot that was closest to their check-in.Overall the hotel was a really good experience,would recommend.

United KingdomThe rooms were small and they'd been renovated but they still felt cheap. It is a 90's hotel that's been done up. It's definitely ok for an airport stay. I did not like the bus situation from the terminal to hotel. It had to be booked and paid for. I don't think it's that clear, that would put me off staying in future.
Hotel was fine. Clean and comfortable. Check in staff were lovely. Restaurant staff were also very good and the food good too.

United KingdomThey booked shuttle at reception for me but no record of it in the morning. Also didn't receive alarm call as promised. Sorted out in the morning but stressful. Also very expensive drinks and food expensive and mediocre. Ham and cheese toastie was diabolical.
