Staff member in shop was rude and unpleasant - experienced this on the day of arrival thankfully did not have to encounter him again - clearly doesn’t like to work around children and families - swearing under breath and obnoxious

Wi-fi was good for one device only - in a sense this was positive as we did more together!

Location is wonderful - steps away from a gorgeous beach to swim at or run along or just sit in the evening and watch the sun set. It's a short drive from Barmouth for restaurants and exploring the heritage trail. Also has a well stocked Co-op in Barmouth. In the other direction is a short drive to charming Harlech. We went before schools broke up - I imagine it can be pretty busy at peak times but we had a lovely time with two sons back from Uni.

WiFi was terrible, I had to use my mobile data the whole time. And signal was poor. I wish it were more affordable, we would have loved to stay longer but just couldn't afford to. I'm sure it's probably still cheaper than other holiday parks though. Many dogs off leads on the beach though thats not the parks responsibility.

Location is great. Play park was amazing. Staff were so nice and friendly. Shop has a good range of products. Caravan was nice and clean. Little cleaning pack including bin bags, a dish cloth, tea towel, sponge and mini washing up liquid was a nice touch.

Fabulous destination., the caravan exceeded all our expectations. Best one we have stayed in so far. The arcade was close by as was the beach. Staff were friendly. We can’t wait to book again.

Stayed only 4 days but have nothing to complain about in terms of caravan or park. Just weather was not very good so we could not enjoy it as much as we wanted.

Caravan was clean, good location also very tidy and clean, close to the lovely huge beach. Definitely would return or recommend.

Parking for our car at the side of the caravans was easy to get into but backing out was bit problematic due to the closeness of the next row of caravans. Just a little more room would alleviate this problem.

This was a self catering holiday so breakfast was not included. The location was easy to find with the beach just a couple of minutes walk away and close to Snowdon Nation Park with its spectacular scenery. All makes for a very good break.

Beautiful location, very nice comfortable and super spacious caravan. Ours was one minute walk from a glorious sandy beach. The shower was really nice with great water pressure . Very quiet in the evenings

Wifi was the only issue for us, it was so weak we had to use our mobile network which was also not good. Be prepared to be spammed daily by email and sms about buying a holiday home. Not good.

Booked for a pet friendly holiday but think you need to book direct with the resort. Booking.com didn't book for the dog even though it was a pet friendly holiday. Our caravan was pet free.

Great plot, right by the play area so perfect for the kids. Kids loved the pool as well.

It doesn't have an indoor clothes rail, it would be great just one somewhere for bath towels but it didn't ruin the holiday. We used the balcony for drying beachwear and beach towels.

Location to the beach fantastic, friendly guests and lovely staff. The local supermarket is open until late, and the prices are very reasonable. Other chip shops and restaurants are available on other site's if you fancy exploring locally.

All good. No complaints

Very clean and well organised for a holiday park. Close proximity to beach and shops (Sands). As the park is around 3.5 miles from Barmouth the beach is exceptionally clean and peaceful. All essentials provided and quality of accommodation was much better than what we expected. I could walk with a beer to watch the sunset and walk back before finishing . What more do you want.
