The road to hotel is a bit dark & scary at night. Maybe more lights in the alley would help.

Location was the best! situated strategically on District 1, we frequently went back and forth from certain point of interest to hotel in the middle of the day (either just to drop some stuff or just take a rest due to HCMC's intense heat on May). Room was comfy and staff was super friendly. Will definitely go back to this hotel if I ever visit HCMC again!

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Great location, down a small alley way so it was hard to find at first but the locals were very helpful to give directions. Once found it is a beautiful location. Gorgeous coffee shop next door too 😀

The only thing to be accepting of is that it is down an alleyway and therefore set behind the shops. If you can get over that, then this is the perfect location. If you are a little put off by a grubby alley on the way to the hotel, then maybe it’s not for you - but the friendliness of the staff and its central location make it a winner. NB. It’s the alley that’s grubby and NOT the hotel, which is charming.

The staff were wonderful and so friendly. The location for site seeing was fantastic - right in the heart of the city and yet not noisy. The breakfast was great - fresh eggs every day. Aircon worked a treat. The room was a little compact, but location made up for that.

Not a negative, but having a sign for the hotel at the entrance to the alley way so that you know it is at the very back and round the corner of the alley way would be very helpful. Thanks

The hotel is in a great location, so close to everything yet down a laneway so you don't hear the noise of the city. Staff were lovely, especially the lady at reception who was so attentive which was especially nice as I am travelling on my own. Rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast cafe was so cute! Definitely recommend!

There was a lot of construction noise in the evening and after complaining, we were moved to a better room away from the noise. Kelly and Daniel were very apologetic and made sure that our stay was comfortable and noise free.

The property is hidden away in an alley and close to the shopping district in district 1. It is right opposite the Saigon centre and close to the market. There is a coffee shop, restaurant and lovely jewellery shop in the alley and we went to all of them.

It's worth noting that the original description failed to mention a crucial detail - the fact that one must walk through an alley to reach the destination. This can be a cause of great concern for many, as it was for us upon our arrival.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond with their service. The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. It was great value for the price.

Hotel is bit hard to find

The hotel is in the centre of the city and is very convenient to travel. The service attitude of the hotel is very good. Especially Jimmy, who offer breakfast service at the hotel, was very warm. The room is relatively small but clean.

Only down point was that we didn't realise we had to pay for the snacks in our room (we didn't see a price list so we thought it was complementary - unless our jet lagged brains missed it!) so we had a bit of a surprise paying for that when checking out.

Really excellent little hotel tucked away in the centre of district 1, only a 5 minute walk from the Opera House, City Hall and Square. The staff went out of their way to make us feel settled in and gave us a complementary cold drink on arrival (which was appreciated after our long journey!). Very clean and comfortable room that was nice and surprisingly quiet given the location,
