Room could do with refurbishment. Carpet was thread bare in places and other parts of room need a makeover. Downside is our room was back facing tube line; could be noisy at night.

Location was very good. Walking distance from Earl's Court tube (District line). Easy links to main sites. Clean room. 24/7 reception area. Front door locks at night: added security.

Bathroom definitely needed work and carpets needed a clean. Old gum on the floor was tacky. Furniture was falling to bits.

The room was small, you could hear the underground, the desk and wardrobe seemed to be broken and in need of repair, the other amenities were ok, the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean, I didn't watch the TV so I don't know how the TV was

The 24 hour front desk was great, I had to find a new hotel in the middle of the night as another accommodation closed its front desk before I arrived, so I ended up with this one, the front desk working 24 hours solved a lot of problems!

Lots of flights of stairs, no lift, not suitable for all. Mouse traps all down staircases. No tea/coffee service. Tv didn't work. Toilet/ shower tired & grimey. Room furniture was broken. Next to tube railway line which is noisy late at night & early in morning.

The room that was provided to us is near the train rail so it was noisy at night. Also you need to pay £5 if you wish to keep your luggage after check-out.

It is very near in the Earls Court station and to Asians Store. Staffs are friendly.

All the hotel! The owner should invest in improvements, do not let your employees take all responsibility. The walls were dirty, the carpet looked disgusting ( don't stand without shoes) the tap in the shower was broken, the wardrobe and desk were in pieces. The doors were in bad condition. The noise at the back is unbearable due to the trains. I really regret my mistake of not cancelling this reservation on time. Please read all the negative comments.

The best asset of this hotel is the staff, they try so hard to do their best with facilities that doesn't meet the expectations of anyone. The bedding and bathroom were clean (thanks to the cleaner). The location is good, but I recommend that if you want to take the risk to stay here ask for a bedroom at the front of the building, arrive late at night (when the trains stop) and leave early in the morning.

The whole place was a bit tired. Would’ve been nice to have a kettle in the room for a morning coffee. I’ve paid less and had this service in similar situations. Bed very uncomfortable. Maybe time to change the mattress.

The building is very old, narrow spaces, little space in the bedroom, the sink in the bedroom, shower and toilet also in a very small room like 1 Sq meter. Old doors, old looking vinyl on the floor. Room was on the side of rail, a train passed with high speed every 5 min. Extremely noisy. Till midnight and early morning.

Only useable, if you really just need a bed for sleeping and nothing else. Beds are terrible, and I´m even not that demanding regarding beds, but sleeping. on springs has never been fun...

Distance to nearest station, and nothing else.... And bed was made every day...
