We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Bulgaria- The mattress of the bedroom was too hard (this is personal preference, so for others might be considered a plus). - The toilet lid is falling on your back while using the toilet.

RomaniaIf you want a normal shower you should book another room from Sandanski Peak Guest Rooms. The shower is just put on the wall and the whole bathroom gets wet. The previous reviews about the bathroom are accordingly.

RomaniaThe property needs some improvements. Tje bathroom needs some refurbishments, a curtain would be a great addition since the water goes everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet seat could be replaced since it is yellow and it is not pleasant to sit on a stained toilet seat. It doesn’t match the rest of the flat.
The location is quite central and there is free parking after 8 PM until morning. The host speaks good English and she is ready to help and accommodate one’s needs.

GreeceEverything was great! Tsvety (the owner) is an amazing person and really made our stay more enjoyable! Her English was perfect which was very helpful. She recommended restaurants and she even called a hotel spa to accommodate us. The room was really clean and comfortable enough for 3 days! The location was perfect and the main Street of Sandansky was only a few steps away. Definitely value for money.

RomaniaI stayed for one night in the apartment. It is located in a new mezzanine building, with a splendid view from the balcony and is extremely clean. We were surprised that it looks better than two years ago, when we first stayed there. The very kind host kept in touch with us by phone and checked us in at 10.30pm, we were an hour late due to the weather and the ferry boat. Although it does not have a kitchen, there is an area with a refrigerator, kettle, microwave, a table and a few chairs where you can have a quick breakfast with a coffee. Here you should have about 3-4 plates. Parking on the street is 1BGN / hour between 9.00 and 18.00, when the local police apply fines. It is free outside this interval and on days off, it is also free at the entrance behind the buildings.

BulgariaI booked an apartment and was left with a room. It does not correspond to the property I booked. The landlady told us she gave the bigger room with the balcony I booked to another family, as they arrived first, which ws quite strange and liutle bit rude.The room was not clear enough. There was a problem with the pipes and the toilet got clogged easily.
The location is great. The building is new and is located near a picturesque church. It is close to the park and the center of the town, yet it is quiet and nice to take a relaxing vacation.

RomaniaThe only problem - and it's big - is the bathroom of the room at the ground floor, the one with the round bed. It's small and the shower flow doesn't work. We had to collect the water with a mop and squeeze it in the toilet. We then had to shower above the toilet. We stayed for one day, so this was annoying. We told the owner, he said he'll fix it. The room above us, at first floor, had no such issues.
Everything was good, the owner was very helpful. We had a trouble with the car, he directed us to the right car service, this was really appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The room is just above the main pedestrian street and we could find parking lots quite easily.
