Very convenient location, close to restaurants. We could walk to Chateau Frontenac Hotel. The room is clean. It's great with a tiny kitchen. Overall very good experience.

The old key boxes are still there. I had to call and find out how to get in, using the electronic locks. It was confusing.

It may be pointless to ask for these things, but I will write them down. There was no elevator so it was difficult to carry our luggage to the top floor. Also, the window could not be opened, the blinds were fixed and could not be lowered. Please be careful if you are concerned about privacy.

The location is great. The room is large and has a separate dining room and kitchen, which is convenient. While hotels in this area are expensive, this room is a good value.

The mattress was too hard and also getting in and out of bed was challenging as one side was against the wall.

The unit was well furnished and very clean. It was very comfortable. The location was excellent.

All the stairs. I am 88 and traveling with my daughter 65 and we had a difficult getting suitcases and a walker up and down the stairs.

There are no closets, the clothes rack is small, there are no suit case stands and minimal counter space and towel racks in the bathroom. Large kitchen with a small table.

The apartment is very clean and modern with a large kitchen area and all new appliances and bathroom in a central location to the old and new cities.

Just a few things, but not deal breakers--only one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 1 week. Had to email to request additional TP and was delivered, but not on the day promised. No blow dryer, no dish towel, no conditioner, only one hand towel. Requested blow dryer and dish towel. Received the dryer; no towel. Mattress is soft, which is fine for most people, but I woke up with a sore back. There is no view from any window as walls from neighbouring buildings block any view and ultimately, it is dim in the apartment. AC is not super efficient and is a bit noisy. I couldn't open the windows (and perhaps you can't for security and safety reasons), so it was a bit stuffy and warm in the apartment. As I said not deal breakers, but might impact your stay

The location was excellent. Essentially a short walk to anywhere in Old Quebec. The pillows were great. The apartment was nice and the bathroom was sparkling. I would definitely recommend the place to friends. Communication with management company was timely.

i did the reservation based on the pictures of the profile, but when i arrive the gave me the basement room, so its a bit treaky, also de sofa bed its reaaly unconfortable, one night could be ok but more than 2 it is not

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was an old soap bar left in the tub along with some hair. The rest of the room was very nice though.

Location was fantastic. Room was a great size and very comfortable with good in room amenities.
