“Cheap and cheerful. Multiple doors with key codes to enter the building, corridors and eventually your room. Called the day before to ask if we could arrive early and leave our luggage and was told yes. But we weren’t told that we couldn’t get in without a code. Someone did open the door eventually when we called a number displayed outside but it was all a bit confusing and could have been avoided.”
