If you are people's person like me then the location is not for you because of parking. I have friends and families coming over to see me every few hours everyday you will even think i was having a party lol but the concierge were very helpful once i told them i used to live in the area so all my childhood friends and families will be visiting every other hours everyday during my stay so they give permit for few hours to display on all my visitors cars which was really great.

The location is superb just few mins walk from the station

accessing the keys was a nightmare. furnishings are tired example, torn couch, mattress old and springs gone in it, you slept with things digging into you. Chip in the bath and toilet seat. not all items listed in the property where there, ie dryer, coffee machine. carpet stained. payed big money to stay here and disappointed.

    location was perfect

The furniture and carpet were fairly used with a few stains and wear and tear marks. The bin had no lid so there were a few flies. On arrival, the house had a musty smell and there was no close by parking. FYI - The concierge will let you park for 24 hours if you mention you’re visiting a friend. The shower set up isn’t very modern. Given the property size and area, this is a little expensive.

I stayed for 5 nights and the location of the property was great. Right next to the river and the house was exactly as described. Close enough to transport links and shops. Property was smaller than expected but it had a nice sized kitchen, living room, downstairs toilet, laundry room and storage. Upstairs had the one bedroom, a bathroom and a beauty room. Host was quite contactable and picking/dropping the key was only 5 min drive away. Bed was comfortable and wifi was strong. Towels and toiletries were provided.

Lovely Place and Location, Just a few things to be done better

No tea towel for the kitchen or bath mat for the bathroom. There were also no spare toilet rolls or dish tabs for the dishwasher or even a new, clean dishcloth. Only 3 hangers in the bedroom. *

I loved the location: once I figured it out! Straight walk down from the station and the area was lovely. Convenient shops for groceries as well as a couple of lovely pubs and a coffee shop and an artisan pizza place, SALT. *

    Never again

At first, room is very used and worn. Second - when You are inside - You 'live together with neighbor'. When You sit in sofa, You see neighbor's TV screen. No privacy at all. Bedrum - no ventilation, no windows fresh air - hot as hell, got no normal sleep. Finally, apartment got many carpets - they are smelly, full of allergies. I was trying to make my stay shorter, cause was too hard to live due my allergy to cats, but could not agree with owners. So, I paid full price for all week, but letf this dark place after 3 days and took normal place to stay.

    Nice location
