Unexpectedly had to stay over in the area and came across this place conveniently located in centre of Woolwich. They accepted a last minute booking and were most helpful. The room was very spacious, well equipped and quiet.

Smell in common areas. Blanket for two kids was to small. The furnishings were a bit worn.

Very good location - close to the metro and DLR stations. Our room was really quite - no street noise and no trouble from other guests. Many local shops and Tesco nearby. Fridge in the room where to keep your drinks and food. Price is very good.

The bed was uncomfortable, my husband barely slept. There was non existent water pressure in the shower and it took ages to get hot, no hand towels were provided just bath towels.The WiFi was constantly losing connection, so we just used personal hotspots instead. The walls are super thin and we could hear the family in the next room, coughing, singing and talking into the early hours. Had we not brought earplugs neither of us would have slept. The layout of the room was strange, there is a walk in cupboard for clothing and where the fridge I that you couldn’t open fully because of the sofa bed in the way, this made it hard work to pack and unpack, someone less able bodied would have struggled to use this part of the room.

It was a very easy and frequent bus ride to the O2. The room was spacious with everything I needed including iron, fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was new.

The member of staff who checked me in seemed moody and not very welcoming. Blaming me for leaving the door open when it was already ajared, and I was put into a large room sleeps 4, the TV didn't seem to work and the bath was hammered down so guests couldn't access it at all! Overall, I spent 4hrs here and paid £53. But I would recommend for only one night.

It's right in the centre, opposite the train station and close to everything that you can possibly need. Tea, coffee, fridge and fresh towel are provided in the room. And enough wardrobe space for long stays.

My experience was wonderful, but my final night was disrupted by a very loud and unruly guest staying in the room above 53. Such a guest seems unsuitable for hotel stays, showing a lack of consideration for others.

I don't like a place where the furniture doesn't entirely match and when the doors don't close well that's a bit off putting. Also at 9pm on Saturday night the music from next door started and didn't finish until 2 in the morning. This wasn't nice at all. I always read reviews for that sort of thing. I would still stay here again though.

Clean, lots of room. Great bathroom, working shower. Very convenient location for the area we were in and you can get on a bus straight out the hotel. The staff were friendly. I liked the fridge being available.

The hotel has been carved out from the top floors of a former office building, so it is architecturally quirky. Weird smell (some sort of detergent?) in the lift lobby. Housekeeping is apparently only twice a week, but it is not clear from the description and wasn't mentioned while checking in, which is unfortunate. In the bathroom the bathtub was boarded-up, literally with an mdf board, for unknown reasons. On the saturday night the noise from the club in the building next door was pretty bad, with the floor vibrating until past 2AM. The "balcony" is shared with another room through a small but walkable passage: there should be some sort of partition there as theoretically one could go and spy in the next room...

Room was very large and full of light. Bed and pillows very comfortable and with a full size desk. Ample closet space. Good (underfloor) heating. Enormous bathroom with big shower and a window (over the courtyard). Friendly personnel at the reception. Extremely convenient for public transport (DLR, trains, Elisabeth line) and lots of shops nearby. There is a kind of balcony/terrace which is not really meant for access, but can be.

Best for someone who is looking for a good place to stay in this side of city or wants to visit lonodn for Excel London , place is next to 2 major stations one is just 6 steps away :) , room was nice and comfortable and Staff super supportive staff , it was my first Visit to london staff was so helpfull amazing people

The room was very cold, luckily I had brought a hot water bottle and they supply an oil heater but that wasn't enough at times. TV was not working but its not a major problem for me. Other than that no other issues.

Location was good for me - you have DLR, Southeasten and Elizabeth line on your doorstep. Room was really clean and spacious, room in real life was much better than the photos, smooth check in with friendly staff.

The staff are HORRIBLE apart from one or two and the hotel is full of crackheads coming in and out. The whole place stinks of smoke and our bed linen was dirty, the table they gave us was GROSS the wood was all messed up and it looked like it had never been cleaned

We liked how cheap and comfy the rooms were, the underfloor heating and the overall size! The rooms are pretty but on closer inspection they're dirty and a lot of stuff were broken

Receptionist seem a little rude on arrival. Room was cold and thermostat clearly didn't work. Bathroom had a shower and a separate bath, shower was not working,nd had a sign saying do not use shower. Bed was a little hard

rooms and bathrooms were very spacious, location was great in relation to trains and underground and shops around the hotel. if you're looking to go out on East london to different events the hotel is good value for money.
