“Perfect location for town centre, cathedral & amenities. In a quiet road but only 10 minutes walk into town. Breakfast was plentiful & varied. Hot or continental food served. We didn't use the spa as wanted to explore Winchester itself but would definitely come back for a relaxing spa another time.”
“The location was superb, just off the one way Winchester inner ring road, and on crossing that right onto the pedestrianised city centre. Our room and its bathroom. in the old part of the building, were super spacious and very well maintained and comfortable. The walled garden was beautiful, large and being late spring, complete with traditional deck chairs and patio tables. We didn’t eat in the hotel at all as there were so many options so close by including chains like Ask Italian, Zizzi and Côte as well as some historic pubs and many cafés.”
