“Always made to feel important and welcome.Wonderful staff at reception Jade and team, Lauren at the bar working like crazy with the Wedding guests but still had time to say hello and remember that I didn't like 'Kale' with my lovely steak and ale pie!! I was last there in March so that is 👏 amazing. The lovely cleaning lady that does the floors and bathrooms in reception always smiling and greeting us as we passed (she has a ponytail hairstyle,sorry don't know her name)
