“A very warm welcome and introduction to the City. Relaxing stay, with excellent facilities in beautiful surroundings. We loved the history and artefacts around the hotel. Very grateful for how the Reception staff were so invested in making our departure as smooth as possible after having our flight cancelled by the airline.”
