The heated towel rail was far too small and did not heat at all and needs to be replaced or fixed

Loved the kitchen lay-out which meant me and my elderly brother could prepare out breakfast without having to leave the room

A little pricey and no bar or sitting area but I believe they are working on this.

We stayed in room 210 which was well away from everything and this suited us perfectly as we were doing the marathon and wanted a good sleep. We liked the way they have preserved a lot of the original features of the building. Ciara on reception was absolutely lovely too.

The check in process is awful, you have to check in on line or on line when you arrive, there is a person to assist you in check in , although when you book the hotel you supply all your details you have to supply all your details again at check in.

There were works going on that we weren’t aware of. The front of the property had been boarded up and didn’t look welcoming at all.

Facilities were good, the room had everything you’d need for a self catering weekend away. Great location.

There was loud renovations on the bottom floor of the building from 8am.

Bigger room than I realised, complete with a small kitchen with everything you could need. Lovely decor, comfortable bed. Wish we stayed longer. We had a gig in the Limelight so we could walk easily from the location. Completed self-check in and received a call from reception to make sure we got settled in ok.

Excellent location, large room and helpfull friendly staff. Small bottle of milk in the fridge and tea & coffee provided so you can make a cuppa on arrival. Perfect !!

Literally nothing. It’s a little pricey compared to some other hotels, but with this being an aparthotel with every amenity you could need for a long or short stay, it was a suitable expense for what you get.

When we arrived there was some construction going on which made it hard to tell where to get in, but luckily we bumped into one of the housekeeping team on her break, and she walked us right the way around the building to the entrance. We were checked in by Natalie, who was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly, we were even able to check in a couple of hours early. The room was fabulous, a view of the council building, fresh milk provided in the fridge and the room was spotless! For the rest of our stay the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and at the end of our stay we were able to leave our bags for a good few hours with reception. Overall The Flint was an absolute delight, the team made our little city break feel like a perfect recharge, we plan to use them anytime we’re in Belfast and we’re excited to see the results of their current renovations when we’re back again!
