They didn't left us any toilet rolls, both soap bottles were empty, thanks God i took mine. And the window in the bedroom doesn't close properly.

I don't like that french people complain about this hotel when there is no need.

We found most things to be a pleasant surprise for the price. We didn't experience anything wrong with the room or hotel itself. I have never had a stove or a frying pan before in a hotel room which was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom and shower looked well and clean. The beds were completely fine. The location is alright for someone with a car.

I left this "hotel" after one night even though I had booked it for three nights. The area is super strange with rubbish everywhere and strange people outside. There are two buildings, building A and building B. My room was in building B. In order to gain access to the building, you must swipe your room card however when I was there, the machine wasn't working, therefore anyone could have entered the building. The corridors of the building were pitch black and I couldn't find the light switch. There is an extremely strong smell of tobacco in the hallways. It felt like walking through a prison. The room was filthy. The window was broken and would not close. Since the hotel is located next to the motorway, I got no sleep. The furniture within the room is dirty and peeling away. I felt so unsafe that I slept with a chair up against the door. There was men in the hallway shouting, which was frightening. I would never go back and would advise everyone to AVOID this place.

This apartment is horrific… returned back to find ants crawling on the table.. microwave and cooking area smelt off.. the shower and bathroom was dirty therefore being unable to have basic necessities of water… toilet had marks all over… bedding was dirty..kettle had rustic brown marks all over… staff are rude abd act as if they cannot understand English DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The room was dirty, the sheets were dirty, they didn't supply blankets, even when we requested more blankets they didn't supply anything but a shrug and an air of total nonchalance. The whole building smelled of cigarettes, stale rice and piss. The elevators are in the worst possible position, the staff don't care about the clients at all, the parking is atrocious, it felt like a dangerous place to stay. So the 3 of us fully grown men decided to leave without staying the night. The staff would not refund us either. I'm not sure why, it really didn't look like there was a waiting list for disgusting rooms that night. I would rate this 0 stars. In fact, negative stars as I was still craged 190 euro even though we didn't spend the night. This is by far the worst accommodation I have seen in my life and I have spent 3 months backpacking through India. Horrible. DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

There is nothing to like about this place. Unless perhaps you plan to end your own existence.

Room was not really clean, floor was dirty, shower was dirty and the sewer was blocked. Photos in booking are different than reality. The place was really trashy compared to the same chain near of the city center.

Rats!! Horrible staff, horrible place! The worst hotel and the worst staff in the world! Got harrassed by the staff, super noisy premises! An experience that I don't recommend to nobody. My advice: go for something a little more expensive but good value, because this place isn't good value for your money. You're going to regret!

The room was old and dirty. Needs renovation. We checked in, but then we checked out and went to another hotel. Send e-mail with pictures of the room to get a refund. Update: I recieved the refund after 3 e-mails and a phonecall. Thanks!

The Hotel room was very dirty. We did not enjoy our stay. The Pillows on the Bed were of a very poor quality. There were no blinds or Curtains in the Bedroom. The fridge in the Kitchenette was filthy. The bath plug did not fit. If I were you I would rethink having this Hotel on my Books .

The room was tired and in lack of repair. The room heater was falling off the wall. It is more like a hostel than a hotel. The whole hotel inside communal areas and outside around is very very dirty!
