Beautiful traditional building and furniture. It felt both luxurious and homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our dog was treated extremely well with a lovely dog bed and complimentary ball. The location was excellent with lovely views of the park, easy connections and interesting places to visit nearby. The breakfast was wonderful.

Breakfast rooms are small, you may have to wait your turn. Cooked breakfast could be better presented, given the level of the hotel. We had been upgraded to an apartment in the residential part of the building from two separate hotel rooms, which was great. However the bedrooms were in the basement, with some smell of humidity all around.

Very welcoming attitude by staff, they offered me a tea when I got to the hotel earlier that check-in time and allowed for an early check-in at no extra cost. Location is excellent.

We been fortunate to have stayed at some of the best hotels in the world and I can confidently say that Milestone Hotel Kensington has been our best stay. The hotel itself is simply marvelous with old world charm and elegance lacking in corporate hotels today. What sets the hotel apart is the service and staff. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the door. Staff member Denise (special thanks) even cleaned our stroller every night when we came back to the hotel. Walk across the street to Hyde park and visit Kensington palace and Diana’s memorial playground were special treats. Excellent Service and Staff, ultra comfortable rooms, central air, quiet, beautiful building, art throughout, antique furniture, location was fantastic, breakfast and drink services superb. Great for family and very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will see you again next time we are in London.

Location we were able to easily walk to many sites of interest. Comfort- the bed, pillows and sheets were wonderful! Breakfast was included everyday and it was delicious 😋. There was an option for the buffet or items to be cooked from the kitchen. Very nice assortment. Most importantly the staff were exceptional. Upon arrival you were warmly greeted and assisted with your luggage. They were very helpful in suggestions regarding transportation and restaurants. The day we were supposed to leave our flight to Dublin was cancelled and rescheduled for 7 hours later. They tried to assist us in finding another flight. Although they were not able to they held our luggage after we had checked out and even offered a room in case we needed to lie down. I felt like they went above and beyond.

It was all perfect for us. Nothing to mention.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel special. Very friendly staff (especially Tim on the door), excellent room with private balcony, breakfasts were first. class. We had travelled for a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and the hotel is less than 10 minutes walk. Good location for the High Street and the Underground trains. On the day of the concert the hotel gave us a special gift linked to the concert. An amazing place

The standard of service and close proximity of it to the Royal Albert Hall where we attended an event! Will definitely return to it!
