The staff is helpful and kind, the room and facilities were cleaned daily, it was too cold to swim in the large pool (July) so it was wonderful to have the smaller heated pool, we used it every day

We have an issue with the hot water, it was not working. The Wifi connection is very bad into the habitations. is good in restorant and front desk, they have good startlink Internet

Wifi was spotty across rooms and pool area. Continually had to log in. No shampoo or conditioner provided on the shower or even when I asked for it. For the price you pay these amenities are expected. Would have appreciated a few towel hooks in the bathroom. Only breakfast was served in the restaurant, no lunch or dinner (in May).

Fantastic pool area with essentially 3 hot tubs. Drinks available by the pool all day and there was a nice scene between 5-7pm. I liked the location which is about 10 minutes walk outside of the main town but some might want to be more in the center of the action.

Resort style setup; beautiful pool, spas, lounges and surrounding plants. Central location; down the road of two must see areas. Great customer service; always willing to help you. Great place for a family.

I was quoted a lower price per night, which was a problem for a couple of the travelers because they were students on a budget. The hot tub was not hot in the morning .

Breakfast was excellent, I loved everything about the hotel. Super clean. Wonderful vibe. Beautiful pool area, great staff, good breakfasts. Laundry service was great. The location was wonderful, I really loved that the Bohemian Bar was right next door for late night drinks and food. It was a perfect combination.

Lovely pool area, room was basic but all very clean Location was quiet but only a short walk to the main streets with plenty of bars and restaurants, 10mins. Also 10mins walk from main harbour area for boats. Taxis very reasonable when needed.

Only suggestion to make it more perfect would be to have a buffet breakfast, and preferably open from earlier to accommodate people leaving earlier than 7 AM for excursions and day trips.

There could be more information on activities to do around the island, although you can speak to staff members for help. Like all of Galapagos, the shower and hot water availability varied throughout the day and often wasn't very hot.

The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the jetty and town centre, and is found in a nice quiet area. The rooms are on the smaller side, but are clean and cool. The staff were very friendly, all (at least) bilingual, and happy to help us organise trips that we wanted to do. The pool and spa area is nice with plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The breakfast included was a good solid start to the day, and whilst it was the same every day, there was multiple components so you could choose what you opted to eat.

The room was a little smaller than we expected, but to be honest, it was really not an issue. We spent very little time in our room, and the size meant that the room cooled down very quickly.

If you are staying in Puerto Ayora, this is a perfect location. The grounds and the pool are wonderful. The staff was always helpful, especially at the front desk. The location was very close to the dock for excursions. Breakfast was always delicious, with small variations each morning.

The room was very small and basic, the air conditioning wasn't working making it unbearably unpleasant! This got resolved the following day. The room fridge was very old and rusty.

The most amazing hotel. Stayed here with a group of friends. From the moment we checked in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. The swimming pool area was outstanding, the photos don't do it justice. Breakfast was lovely, all the serving staff wore hair nets, which demonstrates the kind of standards maintained at this hotel. One of my most favourite hotels ever. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Nice basic breakfast each morning. Pool is very nice as is the outside bar area. The location of the hotel is perfect for us. Less than a 5 minute walk into town but far enough away to be very quite.
