Quirky But Clean, Cool, and Comfortable desert experience.

My friend was disappointed by lack of coffee in morning. It did produce one of those moments of connection: a guest had coffee in their car, so made it for everyone. Eventually, the staff showed up to brew some. My friend was also confused about the times things happened...some on Utah time and some on Arizona time. Information needs to be more prominent...maybe a label on the clock ("Utah Time", etc.)

Liked being out in the desert. Rooms definitely not cookie cutter...each had a different theme. Just a heads up...furniture is older but bed was comfortable.

Andrea is very friendly. The room was big and the bed comfortable. You need about 30 minutes with the car to reach the Lower Antelope Canyon Tour and about 20 Minutes to Page.

Very good motel in Big Water, Utah

Maybe a bit more shade around the motel, that would be helpful as the sun was furious :)

Convenient location of the motel if you plan to travel both to Page and further to Arizona, and to Kanab area in Utah. Our hostess Andrea (the owner) was awesome, it was always a pleasure talking to her when she had a few minutes in her busy schedule. Thanks Andrea!!!

Best Rodeway property ever! Just a bit far from Page and Antelope Canyon...

As I said, a bit far from Page. Also, for most people that might recognize "Antelope Canyon", that use in the hotel name and description might be a bit misleading, as I'm sure they, as did we, believed to be east of Page, and close to Antelope Canyon. A bit deceiving in the description. It might be pretty minor, but could upset some travelers. Also, saying it has a view of Lake Powell is also just a bit of a stretch as well I think. None of the above has any bearing on the room and property in terms of use, but for some travelers it could anger them a bit.

Best Rodeway property I've ever stayed at! And staff was great! It was a smidge far from Page, but not too far as to be any kind of problem. Room was clean and comfy.

Cowboy-themed hotel, but a bit dated. Clean, although visibly beat up.

Shower amenities are a little small so just ask for more if you need it. Also no breakfast as far as we know but if was fine we knew that.

Fantastic hotel at a great rate and close location to Page AZ. Really enjoyed the cowgirl room theme. Also the whole experience was easy.

Better choice to stay than Page for the price. I recommend it.

The place had obviously aged. Scuff marks in the hallways. The location was off the highway and didn't have much of a view. An industrial vibe in the area. I felt that it was a bit expensive for the value, but was much better priced as the choices in Page. The hotel is a good choice for solo travelers. Big Water apparently goes on Arizona time. A bit annoying if you ask me.

The host bent the rules and allowed me to check in early. I then went to Lee's Ferry and returned after dark. This made it very convenient to explore the area and have a place to stay upon returning late. The host was very nice and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

    Nothing

Perfect location to see the mountain view. It's 21 minutes away from Page. Between the Utah & Arizona border. Everything was there. Only the bathroom was tiny The door of the shower couldn't close.

I have nothing negative to say but if the hotel is looking for some feedback, I'd suggest: 1. a few more hangers in the room 2. move the lamp that is directly over the headboard. My partner kept hitting his head on it and the corners are sharp

This is a great place to stay if you are out there to do hiking and sightseeing. It's not fancy so don't expect a modern, updated room, but the room is a nice size and the bed was super comfy. The room, sheets, bathroom and towels were all very clean. And we were very comfortable. The motel is a tad remote (about 20 min from Page, but there are things to see and do closeby. Plus, the remoteness makes it quiet and peaceful. I only met one woman who checked us in, met her a couple times, and she is super friendly and helpful. We checked in around 9ish in the evening and we were wiped from driving so I forgot to ask for my extra pillows, which I requested via a comment in my booking. The next day we came back to our room and there were 2 clean pillows inside the door. Breakfast is not offered but there was plenty of coffee every morning. I highly recommend this motel. Will stay again when we are in the area.

No breakfast options, but no big deal. That just gave us another reason to stop once we got back on the road.

The lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful and welcoming, and we liked the quiet, laid-back atmosphere and no crowds, so we were able to let our dogs run behind the motel.

Great view on a ranch and rodeo arena - true Arizona/Utah experience. Coffee and water in the lobby was nice. Clean room, comfy bad. Room a little bit old, but sufficient for one night and in interesting rodeo theme. Good location for Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Band.
