The location is perfect for exploring the city! Excellent restaurants close by and shopping for anything you need. The staff worked very hard and went above and beyond to help.

The stairs can be tough. I’ve had several surgeries and being on the top floor was a bit much. The bed was a little hard for my liking but the room was very clean.

The water in their pools was only warm, not hot, so did not use much. We walked to the hot springs 700m away.

The room did get hot with no fan or AC and even though the hostel wasn’t busy it did get pretty loud from people playing music outside because the windows don’t block out the sound. The pillows were flat and could have been more comfortable.
