Choices of restaurants, limited. The buffet could improve a lot. Choices were very limited and quality was not great. Desserts were fabulous which was interesting.

Our AC didn’t work in room 4209. After I got very sick because of the heat. It stayed 26 and 27 Celsius in our room. I complained 4 times and finally they moved us, and we ended up in room 4104, and we were upgraded to the suite and it was definitely better, but still a bit warm. Many complaints from others, but it wasn’t terrible. The staff was absolutely amazing to us in every way!

We loved how the property and our room was very clean. We liked not making reservations for every dinner.

This was our birthday/anniversary trip and we expected a room with a better view. Not looking at some sheds. I will put photos of our view. We did not use the balcony at all. There were lots of party people in our building and they kept us up late. We are older travelers. Evening entertainment was very poor, except the Michael Jackson Show. He is great and we saw him last time in another resort.

This was our seventh time to Punta Cana. The grounds and the buildings were beautiful. The restaurants were wonderful and the food very tasty.

When we arrived we had to pay an extra 200 dollars just to get the room we expected from the photos on our site. We were shown a room that was exactly the same, but had not been refurbished and the refurbishment was only really the soft furnishings curtains et cetera, which makes a big difference to the overall look of the room and comfort level. So we ended up paying more money which I was not happy about apart from that, the hotel was very nice.

I didn’t like the rooms water closet has no vent. Listen, sharing a hotel room, and that snug ventless water closet is a serious forced get to know each other situation.

The property was so beautiful, delicately cared for. I loved every moment in this lovely place. The parrot was everything! The room was also very nice, the balcony beautiful, the rain shower oh I miss that!

Sub par maintenance of the facility we had 10 rooms for a party and multiple things were broken in every room. 2 of our rooms had to be changed.

Standard 2 beds rooms should have Queen size beds, instead of Full/Double. For families, which most are of 4 people, it is not comfortable, so you'd want to upgrade to a Suite or a King size room, and ask them to add 2 twin beds, which will make space tight and they aren't very comfortable, but for kids they are OK. That's what we did. Some parts need upgrade, more lighting. The hot tub in the main pool is directly connected to the pool, so its not warm or hot, its just a bubble pool within the pool. The hot tub in the Vip/family area its adjacent to the pool but water was cooler than the pool...if that makes any sense lol

Good location 20 mins from airport, stunning beach, great staff, nice show and daily entertainment, good food, plenty of choices, and yummy drinks, nice grounds, clean pools(wish one had a slide and the kids pool had an actual splash pad), plenty of pool and beach chairs, room was upgraded and clean but floors felt sandy, nice linens, comfy bed, good stay, would return.

The water pressure in the rooms (shower and sink) was very poor.

The staff was very friendly and did there jobs well. The food was excellent (and we went to every restaurant on the resort). The rooms were nice and the resort was very clean.

The WiFi worked intermittently both outside and in the rooms, would prefer for it to have an elevator for the upper rooms and the night activities are a little lacking.

We have small kids, so having a few more kid friendly options like life vests by the pool would have been helpful. As parents we struggle to relax on vacation and those small things mean a lot!

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view. We loved being right on the beach and having access to plenty of food, shopping, and activities without even leaving the resort. We even ended up scheduling a photo session right at the hotel and had the most stunning family portraits to remember our trip! Our entire family was impressed by the beauty around us.

The rooms and bathrooms are very very old. Rooms are for 2-3 stars hotels. The gym is a joke. The gym staff is lazy and he has allowed everything to be covered with rust. The hostess in buffet restaurant is lazy. Thanks to supervisors the clients are satisfied. The meat in restaurants is not good quality.

The beach is the best. White sand and palm-trees. Not many people on one place. The garden is great. The supervisors make this hotel perfect. Supervisor Wilson Morel is the best. He is everywhere and makes this machine work correctly.
