Great location, comfortable and clean

Fabulous apartment in a superb location near the Colosseum with bars, restaurants all within close proximity. The host Lucca was lovely, even allowed a late check out at no extra charge. The apartment itself was very secure, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Just a very short walk from the Coloseum and a heap of fabulous restaurants and bars. Our favourite restaurant in Rome was "La Pace Del Cervelo" (Peace of Mind) only a short walk from the apartment. The wood fired pizza was the best I've ever had, as was the "Cacio & Pepe" (pecorino cheese & pepper pasta). To top it off the staff were brilliant, the friendliest we've experience in Italy The apartment was vert clean and had a great shower. Thank you Lucca for a wonderful stay at Persia Collection.

Bed was hard but that is personal preference only. Really liked this and host was helpful meeting us on the street and giving us good information on location and sights.

the location was great very near to the Colosseum. lots of restaurants near by and shops to buy essentials. the apartment had two spacious bedrooms with all the facilities required like hairdryer, kettle, washing machine if required. the beds are comfy and nicely decorated. very good value for money. sleeps 5 comfortably. our host Luca was great.

The location was perfect for getting around Rome in a good neighbourhood. The apartment complex was very safe and secure. It was very near the Colosseum. It is spotlessly clean and Luca was great at giving information when we first arrived. He was waiting for us even though our flight was delayed! Great communication with him. Apartment had everything you needed and there weee plenty of places nearby to eat and get groceries. I would definitely stay here again.

Luca is a very good host. He was there to meet us on arrival and show us around the apartment. He has very good knowledge of Rome and gave us some good tips on places to visit. The apartment is a very clean and comfortable and only a short walk from the colosseum. There are lots of good places for food and drink nearby also. We would happily stay here again.

I am a snob when it comes to the cleanliness of hotels and self catering accommodation however I didn't need to be with this place. It was spotless, super clean and modern and that makes a world of difference for me. The bed in the master was huge, for UK residents I'd say King size. The 2nd room was better than expected as photos don't do it justice. One bed becomes a BIG double, 2 teenagers had plenty of space. That room is massive, actually both are and plenty of storage. The shower is lovely, 2 options, power shower or rainfall. Washing machine, toilet and bidet. Kitchen is small, but to be honest we were there 2 nights and it was more than enough. Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle ......could maybe use a toaster for us UK residents. Living area is fine, maybe a comfier sofa, and larger. However, that's if I was there longer, we were out for the majority of the time, only back to sleep. Luca was the most lovely host, greeted us and guided us to where would be good to go. The building is just wonderful, quintessential Italian, central courtyard, shutters, amazing lift, so beautiful. The location is the selling point, just PERFECT, walking towards the colosseum in the morning was mind boggling! I return without hesitation.

Lovely accommodating host. Great spot with train station not far. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Loved being able to see colosseum each morning on our way out. Great shower and comfortable bed. Washing machine handy. Everything works great. Small supermarket and lots of dining options nearby. Great recommendations from Luca. Grazie.

Communication from Luca was fantastic from start to finish. Luca was a great host. He provided hints and tips for restaurants, breakfast cafes and Gelato bars, places to go and things to see. He checked in with us on arrival to make sure we got in ok and to make sure we were happy. Apartment is very clean, 2 really lovely bedrooms, perfect for a family of 4. Location a stone throw away from the Colosseoum, literally down the road can be seen from front door. Lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance and little convenient stores for grabbing the odd bits. Luca was kind enough to offer us a later check out on our last day which helped with the car hire we had arranged...timing was perfect. Thanks again Luca, wishing you continued success.

The pillows are a little firm! But this really wasn’t a big deal.

The apartment was spacious and cool, ideal in the heatwave. The photos do not do it justice, it’s a really lovely apartment, perfect for a family of 4 and a great location. The host came to meet us as we were a little lost and was so helpful & friendly; there are a couple of good restaurants very nearby.

This is a bright, spacious, clean apartment so close to so many landmarks, cafes, restaurants, and transport. The location is excellent 👌 Luca is so welcoming and kept in touch throughout our stay, even ensured transfer to airport when leaving!! Will be back here again 😉 Grazie, 🇮🇪 💗 🇮🇹

All good, bit if I HAD to pick something we didn’t like it would be that there was no electric kettle, although the stove kettle was adequate it did take a while to boil the water. But this is being super picky.

Great host, apartment is very near to the colloseum and other attractions and public transport. Apartment is beautifully furnished. Luca was friendly, always on hand for any questions and very quick to communicate.

Nothing really. If I had to say, they could add a couple of amenities like extra toilet paper, dish cloths, oil and basic kitchen spices. We loved the space-- 100% recommend.

The apartment is spacious. It felt 10 degrees cooler and 100% more tranquil when you walked inside the property walls. It is surrounded by restaurants, gelaterias, convenience markets, and the Colosseum, but it feels a million miles away once inside. Bedrooms are large, fridge and washer were amazing. Wifi was fast and reliable. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating. Would definitely recommend. So happy with my choice.

If you really need natural light, this accommodation is not for you as you don't have too much as the windows are facing a patio. The good part of this is that you don't hear the noise of the street. Poor WiFi.

The location is ideally situated a few steps from Colosseum and the metro station. You can walk to many of Rome attractions. The apartment is simple and nicely decorated, the host is very helpful and responsive.
