The hotel is fine , is an old hotel but it was ok. The location is perfect , amazing beaches and the pools were clean! Staff AROUND the hotel amazing! the drivers and the service people are amazing! Very kind and helpful. The Miako Japanese restaurant was excellent! Good service and the food was delicious . I give the restaurant a 10/10 . If you plan to visit bring mosquito repellent because is the mosquito island! Mosquitos everywhere including inside the rooms. Food it was ok! The buffet have a lot of variety but I feel it could be better in comparison with other resorts in the area. Excursions are 10/10 ! A little expensive but we have a great time doing them. Front desk customer service is bad. We have trouble with our reservation for some reason and at first they told me to figure out. Also I call booking and they can’t do anything for us either. Being booking. Com fault. Then when I keep saying no …then they tried to help! We ending paying more. After our reservation was completed paid few months before. Employees at the front desk are Rude and mean. Especially the manager name Maria. She was rude, mocking and disrespectful to me . In addition to the others male employees at the front desk. You can’t ask for nothing because they get upset for everything. We have trouble with our rooms too and every time we went to front desk asking for help they get upset just because we need help. Is Not communication between employees!

The hotel's air conditioning is impeccable. Excellent terrace bar with interesting dining and drinking options.

In general, the walls of the rooms are thin and you hear a lot of noise. Furthermore, some guests listened to loud music during part of the night. On Saturdays, live music on the terrace resonates in the rooms until close to midnight, causing some discomfort.

The staff most unpleasant unwelcoming and not very helpful. I had three pieces of luggage got zero help going up the stairs. I had asked for my room to be cleaned the three times for my 3-day stay never got cleaned once. Had to go to the office to get fresh towels met with unpleasant faces like I was bothering them.
