It is not my first stay there as it is on our way. I would kindly recommend a bin in the toilet! The walls in the toilet had some sticky traces. There is no normal restaurant in the hotel. Everything else was good.

The car parking is not lit during evening and night, and it seems this hotel is used by tour groups, so if you need total quietness and safe parking for a luxury car, you better stay somewhere else :-)

The hotel was built as a holiday home for coal-mine workers but there has been lots of renovation since those days. Location is good, in a quiet green suburb and with lots of free parking if you arrive by car, otherwise the city trolleybus stops a few 100 meters from the hotel. Staff is kind and helpful, I had a room with a balcony with very nice view over Teplice city and surroundings - so nice! The room was spacious and with all basic facilities. Don't expect luxury, but the place is very good value for money!

You can't pay less then 200 CZK bill at the restaurant, nothing warns you, not a single piece of printed page, just the waiter tells you after you ordered, of course and it sounds like you're not warmly welcome without cash. Better to bring your own shower gel, that soap is not the best. Big hotel with many rooms, so sometimes too busy and the guests are loud.

The recepcionist is one of the coolest guy I've ever met (the elder one). Focusing on to the solution, not hooked up on the problem. Rooms are simple, the hotel is a bit used socmodern, but the beds are very comfortable, big shower box, fantastic view from the 3rd floor to the city and the mountains. Dinner is simple but tasty (250CZK), breakfast also available for 140CZK, both have to be paid at recepcion in advance.

The receptionist gave us a different room in a quiet area of the hotel after we found out neighbours have a barking dog in their one. Gentleman who was having shift in the bar was helpful and friendly despite being quite busy that day.

In overall the hotel is worn out - carpets, doors, walls in the floor are very old. The carpet in our room wasn't really clean, it seemed like they didn't use a vacuum cleaner. During breakfast there is a music playing, so it felt like more a 90s party rather than pleasant morning. Breakfast is average - basic options, which are in general satisfying but nothing special.

I traveled with my family with 2 kinds and we booked a 4 person room. This turned to be kind of two double rooms combined into one offer with shared big bathroom. We liked the fact that we've got two separate rooms, which were quite spacious. Both had a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is relatively old but very clean.

hotel stuff should make sure guests behave - there was a group of young football players listening to music and shouting in the hallway after 22:00 and till late. another minor thing is that rooms are very hot in the summer, AC or fan would be a good addition. Overall it was fine, apart from football players 🙂 The price for one night for this location is a bit too high, you can find better quality for the same price in Prague, not Teplice.

Large renovated hotel with reasonable quality and nice staff. It was clean, comfortable and affordable. Breakfast was quite ok, good home-made cake :)
